A very nice & welcoming city hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the ferry check-in (please note: a shuttle bus will take you to the ferry). I received a particularly warm welcome and was able to check into my room, an upgrade, an hour early. The breakfast room is spacious and bright. Breakfast offers sufficient variety, both savory and sweet, and a few regional specialties. It is nice that plant-based milk is also available.

Atmosfera un pò retrò, camera vista mare, accoglienza e cortesia di tutto il personale

I bagni avrebbero bisogno di una rinnovata. Aspiratore non funzionante. Cuscini troppo morbidi. Mancanza di prese corrente vicino ai comodini

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel,
nahe am Zentrum, freundliches Personal. Frühstück hätte ein bisschen umfangreicher sein können, eher einfach italienisch. Eispeisen auf Bestellung möglich. Komme gerne wieder.

Pros:

Molto belle e ampie le sale comuni all'ingresso dell'hotel. Personale molto accogliente. Buffet della colazione molto ricco e vario sia come dolce che come salato, con alcuni elementi particolarmente originali nell'offerta salata, ho apprezzato anche l'orario molto ampio (fino alle 11 la domenica). La camera (al primo piano) era dotata di ampie finestre che affacciano sul porto, con vista sulla Mole e anche sul Duomo, senza che si sentissero particolari rumori. Set completo di prodotti da bagno in formato dispenser (sapone e crema mani, gel doccia, shampoo, balsamo). L'hotel si trova su una piccola collina privata accessibile in auto solo ai residenti e dispone di alcuni posti auto riservati sul piazzale antistante, al modico costo di 4€ a notte. Per chi ha problemi di mobilità, bisogna tenere in conto che si può raggiungere a piedi il centro, o l'area del porto, in breve tempo, ma percorrendo un tratto di strada in discesa piuttosto ripido e/o alcune scale.

Cons:

In un buffet della colazione così ricco, spiccava a mio avviso l'assenza di succo d'arancia fresco.
