Good staff , helpful , clean hotel but they should check why it shows breakfast included .

Clean property, all facilities as listed were available .
Good shuttle service to haram , regular too .
Continuos supply of coffee , tea , milk sugar .

Cons:

When I booked from the app in UK from booking .com it showed breakfast was included .Upon reaching and checking with staff , I was told breakfast is not included which came as a disappointment.The website clearly said continental breakfast included .

I had a disappointing experience. The reception staff did not give me enough time to explain my issue, and there was no proper way to communicate or discuss my concerns. Better customer service and communication would greatly improve the overall experience.
