Pros:

The hotel it self was in a good location. Close to restaurants and subway. Room was small but doable for 3 people. What i didn't like was that we had the couch bed. I felt like falling from the couch or at times the bed was going to tip over even though i was in the middle of the couch laying down. Their washer dryer combo was good to have, however there was only 2. Took me hours just to get my clothes dry. Other than those 2 downside. Hotel was great.

The hotel’s location is very convenient!
It’s a 2-minute walk from Hommachi Station!

From Hommachi Station you can take 3 Metro(subway) lines: Yotsubashi Line, Midosuji Line and Chuo Line. Making it very easy to access famous sights like Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, USJ and Tsutenkaku Tower!

I stayed in a corner twin room located on the 13th floor. I loved the modern and elegant design but the part that impressed me the most was the huge window overlooking Osaka.😍

The room is equipped with a kettle, fridge, UCC coffee machine (with free tea/coffee) and TV.

You can get other amenities like toothbrush, hairbrush, razor and body towel in the lobby.

I really liked the fact that you could choose another pillow of different heights / materials in the Pillow Bar in case the pillow in you room doesn’t fit you

In the morning I tried their buffet breakfast (Japanese and Western food). There were many exciting dishes such as curry, Osaka’s famous takoyaki, yakisoba and freshly baked breads.

Pros:

Great hotel and staff! Only downside is that the rooms are a little small if you have large luggage, so hard to maneuver around in there. Recommend travelling with smaller suitcases, if possible, for convenience!

Perfect location for my needs. Hallway carpets badly stained I dont know why hotels in Japan don't seem to mind this and clean from time to time.

Pros:

The three individual beds option in a room that size is completely inadequate. I only got it because I was misled by how the pictures look like.
The height of the sink is way too low.
I will not book this facility ever again.

Value for money and great staff
Pros:

S-Peria Inn is very near to Hommachi MRT. It is very near and only a minute or 2 walk from mrt station.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They also have an ironing board and flat iron that needs to be requested at reception desk.
Their bathroom amenities are very good quality and smells great.
Food options are limited during breakfast but it can still make you full.
Views are amazing at breakfast area.
Hotel is clean and again, staff are very friendly and accommodating!
Will stay here again if I am back in Osaka!

立地的に四ツ橋本町だと繁華街から少し外れた感が否めない。レストランはあるには有るが少なめなので、色々食べたいなら御堂筋方面の心斎橋側まで行く事になると思う。部屋はコーナーツインをチョイスしたけど、中央大通りに面してるため、交通量も有るので音に敏感な人は気になると思う。後、交通量以外にも24時間換気なのか？冷蔵庫の振動なのか？これも意外に気になった。

駅から最寄りの地下街口は思ったより歩く、周辺で夜ご飯はいくつか限られてた為予約、駅周辺へ移動など事前調査する方が良い

Pros:

This is one of our favorite restaurant. But this time the breakfast service was a typical bentou type as a part of Covid measures and not good for us. It was not a buffet style where we used to enjoy salad, rice, miso soup etc. But this time it was fixed bentou, without rice, with no option. We couldn’t eat any and took breakfast outside.
Hope it will be better before our next stay.
