RIBA Rooms -Ferenc Hotel is an Oasis in the midst of one of the mos beautifully preserved Medieval cities in Europe.
Pros:

RIBA Rooms -Ferenc Hotel is a very fine property. It is geographically well situated in Lviv. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Solamaia, Olha, and Vladislava are wonderful. The women who work in maintenance are also very good. They are extremely kind and work very hard.

Cons:

My only criticisms are of the two youn women who work in the breakfast room. They seem very unhappy and I can understand some of that if my observation is accurate . There is a war in Ukraine and many people are having a difficult time.
How difficult is it to say dobroho ranku and even act mildly interested in performing your job,? Both of these women spend the majority of their time looking down at their cell phones.
If they had the proper training and motivation I think they will be fine. Your employee Tetiana has the right attitude so perhaps she can help train these young ladies.

Гарний, чистий готель зі смачним сніданком.
Pros:

Стильний готель в центрі, але на тихій вулиці, без машин. В номері чисто, хоча сама кімната невелика. В нас був полу люкс з диваном. Було тіснувато, але ми майже не перебували в номері. Сніданок смачний на затишній терасі. Капці, рушники, халати - все є.
По виселенню нам подарували невеликий подарунок - було дуже приємно!

Cons:

Душова кімната не дуже підходить для дітей. Великий умивальник з незручним краном. Дорослим - ок, дітям - ні. Але це не псує враження.

Ribs Rooms-Ferenc Hotel is a wonderful location for those looking to spend time visiting Lviv
Pros:

I have been visiting this property for several years and like it. The current management has done a fine job of maintaining the property to a higher level than previous management.
I like the staff very much … Khrystyna, Vlad and Olha are attentive, polite and professional. The women who cleaned my room are very nice as well.-Brian Steel

Cons:

I miss the downstairs area that was supposed to be a pub.

Гарне розташування, чистий заклад, комфортно.

Cons:

Обслуговування на сніданках могло б бути кращим. Температура в кімнаті взимку мала бути трохи вищою. Ми її відрегулювали, але вона залишилася на тому ж рівні.
