A very enjoyable four-night stay visiting friends in a beautiful city

Da ritornarci - ottima esperienza
Pros:

Posizione ottima, molto vicino alla stazione e comoda per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni.
Colazione ricca e stanza ben rifinita e curata oltre che pulita.
La struttura mi ha dato la possibilità di effettuare il deposito bagagli al check-out.

Sono molto affezionata alla catena NH, mi trovo sempre bene, camere molto belle e confortevoli

Cons:

domenica mattina alle 8 passavano aspirapolvere nei corridoi. Eravamo in due ma abbiamo trovato solo un paio di ciabattine ed una cuffia sola

Did not live up to usual NH standard
Pros:

The location is close to the station.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing. Large selection but poor in quality and lots of empty hot platters, bread baskets, milk & juice jugs. Lack of water in the coffee machine although the staff worked hard to refill all. No cereals or crunchy muesli. Buffet poorly layed out across the breakfast room.
Ugly, dull rooms with uncomfortable beds and poor quality duvet and pillows. Sheet was ripped.
Bathroom very cold despite heating.
