Pros:

We liked that it was kid friendly. My kids enjoyed the stay and the pool in our villa and how spacious it was ! They also enjoyed the free souvenirs- stuffed animals- the staff were friendly and the whole vibes of the place was kids oriented and catered for them from colors to the main pool activity. The beach was clean with beautiful sunset view.

Also we loved its closeness to the vinwonder and the village with free buses to take us from to the activities !

Cons:

The staff did not speak much English and it was kinda difficult to explain in details what we need sometimes we used Google Translate. Also, I feel it need a bit of maintenance to the villas. The breakfast choices for Halal food was not much choices for us as Muslims.

The food, Vila infrastructure, room service.

Cons:

Customer service, poor management, miscommunication, poor management for critical situations, things could have handled better but no one cared. Duty manager Andy tried to help but that was not much in front of all the poor experiences.

top property, top facilities
Pros:

Everything, top property, top facilities, breakfast buffet was excellent and they took special care for vegetarians.

Cons:

I had informed much in advance that we are vegetarians. But they only had good vegetarian options for breakfast buffet. Since this is a tourist place, they must know that once customers tour all day and come back in evening, they need a good dinner. We had very limited vegetarian options despite them having 3 restaurants. We had to settle with salad and pizza. As a top-tier property, you must cater to all customers and their dietary preferences. Atleast ensure excellent vegetarians options are available in a la carte.
