第一次富國島旅行
Pros:

已經預約渡假村的接駁車由機場去渡假村, 因為過關時間太長出到去接駁車已經開走。
唯有自己叫車去到渡假村, 可惜房內插座無電, 室內泳池無燈, 應該跳咗制。每次有客入住前應該檢查好。
每日都有去食早餐, 早餐款式都多, 可以取回不少分數。不過渡假村內設施及活動比較少

Pros:

今次一家住了4晚，在海灘前排的房間，空間大，整體服務及設施尚算滿意，價格合理，去樂園非常近，適合帶小朋友的家庭。
我非常推薦酒店逢星期三/六的BBQ自助晚餐，有火舞表演。氣氛很好。另外在沙灘上的The Haven Beach Clud也很有情調，住客的餐飲有額外折扣。
唯獨浴室比較不滿意，水不夠熱，開最熱也只有暖水，所以浸浴體驗不佳，浪費了浴缸，主房浴室也有點味道。

とても敷地面積の広いホテルでした。本館(?)からヴィラへの移動はトゥクトゥクで5分ほど。出かけたい時も内線でトゥクトゥクを手配し、本館まで移動。リゾートに来た感満載でとても楽しかったです。
無料の朝食もビュッフェ形式で、3泊しましたが毎日少しずつメニューが変わっていました。韓国からの宿泊客が多いこともあり、韓国料理もたくさん準備されていました。どれも美味しかったです。

This was our 2nd time staying at Vinpearl Wonderworld. This time we paid extra for the ocean view but our view was blocked by plants so there was not much different with the other villas. The private pool was not very clean so preferred to use the beach or the big pool. Room service food was okay for a 4.5 stars hotel, the buffet meals were great 4.5 stars. The staffs and customer services were 6 stars as always. My only feedback to the hotel management team that please give a non-smoking Van to pick up. Both times we were picked up by the small vans ( from contracted partner) but both smelled so bad with cigarette. Also, please clean up the pool for next guests.

Pros:

Loved the resort. Service and staff was amazing. Anything we needed was accomodated right away. Entertainment within the resort would have been great however not a big deal as there are entertainment daily outside just a few minutes drive away. This was a luxury experience. Kids loced it as well

음식도 맛있고 직원모두 친절하고.. 사파리랑 빈원더스 다 셔틀이용해서 교통비도 세이비 마니했네요. 북부쪽 가족여행이면 추천해요~

During our recent stay, we found a few positives at the property, but several issues unfortunately impacted the quality of our experience:

1. Good Location: The villa is in a great location, especially for families, with several children’s attractions nearby. This was one of the highlights of our stay.


2. Spacious Villa, Poor Maintenance: The villa itself was spacious and well laid out, but the lack of proper cleaning and general maintenance made it look and feel neglected.


3. Housekeeping and Cleanliness: Cleanliness was a major concern. Towels were worn out and looked overused, bed sheets didn’t appear fresh, and we even found sand on the bedding and water bottles during a linen change — a clear sign of poor housekeeping.


4. Private Pool and Pool Area: The villa’s private pool and its surrounding area were not cleaned at all during our stay. There were many dead insects floating in the pool, which made it unappealing and unhygienic. The poor maintenance of this area was disappointing.


5. Restaurant and Breakfast: While there was no long wait, the restaurant was very crowded during breakfast, making it difficult to enjoy the meal in a relaxed setting. The food variety was also quite limited, with no specific options for children or those with dietary preferences.


6. Lobby and Common Areas: The lobby is too small to comfortably accommodate the number of guests, often feeling cramped and noisy.


7. Children’s Play Area: The kids' area was small and lacked engaging

A good property- would be a great property with some small tweaks!
There were some areas of our villa which were in need of TLC, our decking area had some damage to it, kitchen area had no utensils or crockery and limited glasses/cups.
Housekeeping service was good, beds made up, floors swept, strangely the housekeeping team would take our hung up towels away but then not replace them. We ended up with no hand towels or wash cloths several times.
Room service- we didn’t have a good experience with this and ended up getting our food bill refunded as it took 2 hours to arrive COLD.
Breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent- lots of choice and good quality.
Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed our time :) just a few little tweaks could make a big difference.

너무 좋았습니다!!
처음 배정받은 룸이 습하고 곰팡이냄새가 많이 나서 바로 다시 로비로 가서 룸업글 요청했고 추가금 조금내고 업글 했어요.
친절하게 응대도 잘해주셨고 특히 툭툭 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다.
너무 만족했던 여행이였습니다.

Loved our stay at VinPearl
Pros:

The Villas we stayed in were amazing. A cleaning crew comes in every day to tidy up and refill your daily water and towels. My kids LOVED the private pool for our villa and the beach. The only things we were not prepared for was that although there is a kitchen, it is not stocked at all with anything for cooking or even eating. No utensils or cooking tools. Also, be prepared to call for a buggy every time you want to leave your villa.

Villa= great, but would make it better if there was more functional equipment in the kitchen
Breakfast buffet = great. Many selection of options

Our kids love having their own private pool in the villa.
Great free shuttle bus to vinwonder and grand world.
Definitely would come back again!

酒店員工服務態度好有禮貌，很積極回應。有提供免費的醫療隊伍註守在酒店，我病了都玩得很安樂。我孩子特别喜歡酒店有Kids club，桌球室及露營主題房。

可惜酒店的設施陳舊，我第一晚住的房有十多隻烏蠅，牆身有滲水跡象。跟酒店反映後，立刻清潔地方，並幫我升級到主题房間，望湖景及摩天輪！
所以縱使設施比較舊，員工們依然服務周到，值得加分！

Pros:

We loved this place. Customer service was great! Everyone was friendly, nice and attentive. Our villa was spacious, clean and beautiful. Everything about this was was amazing and made your trip worthwhile. Absolutely would stay here again!

Pros:

Nice rooms and facilities but service fell short. Feels very mass produced and not a personal service. Some nights at dinner it took a LONG time just to have a drinks order. One day cleaners took our towels without replacing them and it took 1.5 hours and 4 calls to reception to have them replaced. Golf carts to get everywhere feels like hard work.
