Середньо, в минулий раз коли тут була цих незручностей не було. Зараз враження гірші

Місцерозташування , поселили в номер раніше

Cons:

Не працював wi-fi в номері, 3 рази просила щось зробити, але так і не зробили. В ванній кімнаті немає полиць ні біля рукомийника , ні в душ кабіні.

Сподобалось розташування — готель знаходиться в самому центрі, що дуже зручно. У номері був свіжий ремонт, усе виглядало охайно й приємно. Також порадувало, що каналізація працювала нормально і не була забита, адже це часта проблема в багатьох готелях.

Cons:

Не сподобалось, що в номері не було шафи для одягу. Через це речі було незручно розміщувати. Гачків також замало — всього два, що недостатньо навіть для короткого проживання.

Pros:

Загалом враження дуже хороші. Готель затишний, у центрі міста, є кухня та все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Постіль м’яка та зручна — спали чудово.

Ліфта немає, тому на 4-й поверх потрібно підніматися автентичними дерев’яними сходами. Для нас це було навіть цікаво і додавало атмосферності, але якщо у вас важкі валізи — варто врахувати цей момент. В цілому проживанням задоволені, дякуємо за гостинність.

Cons:

Є кілька дрібних недоліків, на які хотілося б звернути увагу адміністрації. У душі вода була лише теплою, гарячої так і не дочекалися, хоча кран залишали відкритим досить довго. Також напір води був слабким. Було б добре вирішити це питання, оскільки для гостей це важливо.

Крім того, відпадають ручки на дверцятах. Це дрібниця, яка легко усувається, але впливає на загальне враження.

Рекомедувала б друзям, і сам в наступний раз оберу саме цей готель.
Pros:

Розташування чудове. Сходинки в готелі автентичні що придає готелю таємничності і перенесення у минуле, дійсно львівська атмосфера старовини. Затишно та комфортно.
