Torno per la seconda volta in questo hotel . Un quattro stelle di categoria . Staff della reception ineccepibile ; camere ampie e pulite ; letti comodissimi per un sonno ristoratore . Colazione varia sia nel dolce che nel salato . Consigliato

Location and very kind and attentive Reception Staff
There was a Duran Duran concert, on that day they put their albums on, it was very considerate and nice touch.
As I said, all Reception staff are really good, professional, smiley and kind. I am really grateful to know them. You can expect their approach and attitude at a 5-star hotel ( although this hotel is in a lower 4 star category) will be a returning customer just for this reason.

Cons:

Breakfast staff ( ignorant- not even said good morning both mornings). Never asked whether I wanted any morning coffee; just ignored ( not even asked a room number!!). She was so displeased looking, you don’t expect such attitude first thing in the morning while on holiday.
Hotel is generally outdated looking unfortunately. Should be improved.

Sosta di una notte durante il viaggio da Nord a Sud
Pros:

Grazie all'upgrade che ci è stato offerto, abbiamo dormito in una superior molto spaziosa, con una sala da bagno con doccia idromassaggio e cromoterapia. Materasso comodissimo. Climatizzazione ottima (apprezzatissima con le temperature esterne torride). A colazione buffet abbondante, dolce e salato, torte fresche e altri prodotti da forno. Da non trascurare la vicinanza alla Reggia e al centro città.

Cons:

Il parcheggio. Purtroppo (ma l'hotel ci aveva avvertiti con un messaggio appena avevamo prenotato) la struttura dispone solo di una decina di posti davanti all'ingresso, non prenotabili. Nelle vie adiacenti ci sono parcheggi a pagamento (strisce blu), e a circa 500m un garage aperto H24 a 1.50€/h, dove abbiamo lasciato la macchina perché altrove era tutto pieno e anche per maggiore serenità.
