Hotel godny polecenia
Pros:

Bardzo miły hotel w dobrej lokalizacji i w sensownej cenie. Byliśmy 1 noc, hotel oferował późne zameldowanie. Miła i pomocna obsługa.

Business hotel, not a good choice for tourists.
Pros:

(+) POSITIVE The hotel is located in the city center, but not too close to the tourist attractions, walking distance from Piazza del Duomo is 25 minutes (1.5 km), it's not too far, but walking this route several times a day is worth considering. I was accommodated on the 8th floor in the room "Double room with double bed and panoramic view" the room is quite small with a larger bathroom and bathtub. There is a coffee and tea set in the room. The room has a simple TV (no internet, no netflix, no hbo). Breakfast good bacon and tomatoes, muesli great. What was not good were scrambled eggs (probably from powder) submerged in water, terrible. The hotel has a terrace with a bar freely accessible for smoking.

(-) NEGATIVE The bed and mattress are terrible. The bed is on wheels, even if you have a double bed, you will still fit between the mattresses, because the bed has wheels and it will move right away. The mattresses are spring. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. It couldn't be cooled or heated, it turned off after 5 seconds.

The hotel is good for a pensioner's trip, for example, which was not my case :)
Pros:

Room: The bathroom in the room was spacious, which I definitely appreciated.
Breakfast: Was pretty standard(but the staff were pleasant) and coffee was excellent, the rest (food) did not disappoint or impress.
Location: If you are a smoker, there is a nice seating area in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Room: The room was small, but I knew that when booking. The bed was on wheels...every movement meant moving the bed...who came up with this? A room with a panoramic view means from the hotel's perspective that you have a larger (max 1m wide) window. From my perspective, that's not the case, anyway the window in the room was :D
Location: There is basically nothing around the hotel so quite far from the center, i.e. if you decide to walk, add 1.5 km of walking to all destinations.

Highly recommended - we will definitely return.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with excellent customer care. The reception team were all very friendly and provided a warm, welcoming service. Our room was perfect - pristine clean whilst the amenities and room facilities were perfect too. Highly recommended.
