Breakfast was ok, albeit a bit limited.
The hotel is very well situated and the rooms are nice. I ate at the restaurant on one of my nights and really enjoyed the food. Flavia helped us with out car rental and restaurant reservations. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help the guests.

Great location, good sized room, friendly and helpful staff. We could just see the sea from our room which was lovely. Breakfast was nice with a decent variety of cold dishes.
The twin beds were very skinny.
The rooms are extremely hot in the summer. They control the AC at the front desk. Don’t book here if you want any kind of sleep. I had to take sleeping pills just to get a few hours of rest.

Hotel is well located in downtown and is a good option for the ones that needs to go to Airport or for business. I had an upgrade in my room and it was a good surprise.
We were here for 2 nights and everything was so wonderful. The staff is truly kind and really helpful. Breakfast has a lot of options, and it's served early in case you are planning to explore Etna or outside Catania.
The hotel is near the city center (15 min walk) and the area feels safe. There's two parking options nearby. If we come back to Catania we will certainly be coming back to NH Catania City Center.
