Hospedagem espetacular!
Pros:

Lindo, aconchegante, muito limpo, muito bem cuidado. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, preocupada e cuidadosa. Nos ajudaram com transporte para o aeroporto de Lombok e o tempo todo queriam nos agradar. A piscina é deliciosa, lindíssima, ótima pra relaxar ao fim do dia. Cama um capítulo a parte: edredons e travesseiros deliciosos. Localização perfeita, da pra vir a pé do porto mesmo com malas grandes. No momento de ir embora, nos ofereceram pra levar nossa mala de moto sem custo e achei o gesto muito gentil.

Cons:

Nada a dizer, que experiência espetacular. Se um dia voltar a Gili, sem duvidas ficarei aqui.

L’établissement était très propre, conforme au photo, la villa est spacieuse, agréable ! Super bien placé, à proximité de tout mais pour un meilleur déplacement vous pouvez louer un scoot directement a l’hôtel ! Personnel incroyable, accueillant, dynamique !

Soggiorno Jago Gili Air
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 23 al 26 settembre 2026 nella camera deluxe. Staff davvero gentile, disponibile e cordiale.
Posizione ottima, in pieno centro nella via principale, comodissima per raggiungere tutto a piedi.
Abbiamo noleggiato la loro bici elettrica a 6€ al giorno, super comoda per girare l'isola.
In camera c'era solo il sapone mani.
Molto apprezzato il free refill per l'acqua fresca all'ingresso della struttura e la pompetta per pulire i piedi dalla sabbia prima di entrare!
Nel complesso ok per una sistemazione semplice e centrale, con personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Mancavano shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Pulizia nella norma per gli standard dell'isola, ma le lenzuola non erano pulitissime e abbiamo preferito dormire sopra.

A localização do alojamento é perfeita, está numa das ruas principais, mas quando se entra o espaço é sossegado. Quarto limpo e confortável. Os funcionários são simpáticos e adoram uma boa conversa.

Heerlijke periode!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, met in het bijzonder Ulfi!
Locatie is perfect en de kamer was schoon en netjes.

Cons:

Het geluid van de moskee is goed te horen. Ben wel bang dag alle verblijven op Gili Air hier last van hebben.

Super personeel en centrale locatie
Pros:

Het personeel maakt altijd een praatje met je en je kan zeker met ze lachen. Ook zijn ze erg behulpzaam wanneer er iets mis is. De kamers zijn goed schoon en grenzend aan het zwembad. De locatie zit echt midden op de drukke straat van Gili Air, maar daar merk je in het hotel zelf niks van. Het is een klein eiland maar vanuit deze locatie is alles goed te lopen, je zit zeer centraal. De badkamer is ook erg ruim.

Cons:

Omdat de badkamer een dakraam heeft, kunnen er nog wel eens wat insecten binnenkomen. Zo wilde ik snachts gebruik maken van de badkamer en kwam tot mijn verrassing de grootste kakkerlak ooit tegen op de muur (hij kon vliegen). Verder zat er ook een Gecko en nog wat kleinere kakkerlakken. Hierdoor heb ik geen goede nachtrust gehad. Receptie was snachts niet bereikbaar aangezien er na 10 uur niemand meer zit. Wel moet ik complimenten geven aan het personeel die er de volgende dag alles aan deden zodat dit niet nog eens gebeurde. Het dakraam werd afgedekt en de kamer werd behandeld met spray. Ook werd alles grondig nogmaals schoongemaakt (kamer was al goed schoon), en gaf een medewerker zijn persoonlijke nummer voor het geval ik snachts weer een kakkerlak zag. Hij was dan bereid vanuit zijn huis terug naar het hotel te komen om te helpen, ontzettend klantvriendelijk! Ook stelde ze voor toen ik savonds terugkwam om voor het slapen nog eens mn hele kamer te controleren op insecten. Ik heb de nacht erna geen kakkerlakken of andere insecten meer gezien.
