空調設備に問題が発生した。
その際の対応に想定より長い時間を要したが、最終的に部屋を変更してもらえた。

入室して２時間経過しても、暖房が準備中表示のまま稼働しなかった。

Wonderful, convenient, comfortable. Very pretty and unique
Pros:

Stunning. Large size rooms, big bathrooms, 4 minute walk to the train station, beautiful staff, large bath tub. We also only had to walk 1 minute to the meet up point for out day visits to the snow town and other tours. We could see the pick up point from our hotel window.

Cons:

Nothing everything was amazing

Pros:

Unterkunft war in Ordnung, aber sie haben meinen Koffer kaputt gemacht. Und demnächst hoffe das sie mit die Kosten für einen neuen kleinen Trolley übernehmen.

3連休だったから？
Pros:

金沢らしさが散りばめられていました
朝食バイキングも、金沢ならでは、という感じでした
スタッフの方々の対応は、とても好印象でした

Cons:

大浴場が、部屋のモニターでは、空いている、と出ていたのですが、実際は、ロッカーも空いてなくて、シャワー待ちの列で裸で何人も待っている状況でした。モニターと連動していないなと感じました。
部屋の洗面所のオーバーフローに、カビが生えていました

性价比不错的酒店。
Pros:

位置好，离车站很近，也很安静。酒店按照我的需求安排了有洗衣机的楼层，点赞。早餐不算丰富，但也基本满足要求，有大浴场可以泡汤，很舒服。

Cons:

餐厅稍微觉得空调温度不够。
