Pros:

The hotel staff was excellent. Incredibly helpful and very polite. The location was also very convenient and the private onsen was a lovely experience.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and welcoming.
Good veriety of facilities.
Rooms were clean and well organised.
More then one smoking facility available, kept very clean.

Cons:

Slightly limited breakfast option. (perhaps i arrived a little late for the full spread)
Booked a non-smoking room, yet there was what looked like an ash tray available and a few burn marks on the carpet. (Room was fresh smelling, never the less)

Social room was nice, tv was great worked well with streaming, wifi was good, washing machine facilities worked well and good that you can check the status from the tv

Pros:

A l'occasion de cette première visite dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu une chambre très (très) petite; ce qui n'était pas confortable même si la chambre est bien agencée. Les lits sont en revanche confortables, la chambre est calme et bien insonorisée. On apprécie, par ailleurs, le fait que l'hôtel mette à disposition au niveau de l'accueil tout ce dont les clients peuvent avoir besoin au cours de leur séjour (sachets de thé, de café, nécessaire de toilette...ce qui évite le gaspillage).

Pros:

On apprécie, par ailleurs, le fait que l'hôtel mette à disposition au niveau de l'accueil tout ce dont les clients peuvent avoir besoin au cours de leur séjour (sachets de thé, de café, nécessaire de toilette...ce qui évite le gaspillage).

Cons:

Le onsen attribué aux hommes est un peu décevant. Il est bien moins beau que ce qui est mis en avant sur le site, lequel est la partie réservée aux dames. De plus, il n'y a pas de bain glacé.
