Personal amable y el.desayuno.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar la iluminación de la habitación. Era un poco oscura y era difícil encontrar cosas en la maleta.
También es importante mantener la regadera más limpia ya que estaba en algunas partes sucias con moho negro. Pero en general muy bien. El desayuno bufete espectacular 👌
Pocas opciones de cena o de alimentos para pedir al.cuarto.

Accoglienza, staff, pulizia e modernità e posizione.

Cons:

Mancanza di un parcheggio dell’hotel o comunque una convenzione sul prezzo con i garage circostanti. 35 € a notte è un prezzo eccessivo.

Struttura bella e confortevole, personale gentilissimo e professionale.
Pros:

Struttura molto confortevole, aree comuni grandi che permettono di lavorare con altre persone comodamente, la stanza spaziosa, calda, ben organizzata. La posizione dell'hotel permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro anche a piedi, nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere.

Cons:

Trovo migliorabile la luminosità delle stanze che, così come sono, danno l'impressione di essere sempre un po' in ombra. I corridoi avrebbero necessità di una bella pulita alla moquette, macchiata in varie parti non è un bel vedere.

It was alright.
Pros:

Room lighting was poor.
Breakfast was good.
I made a mistake in booking NH Firenze because I thought I was booking NH Collection located nearer the Duomo. But we quickly adjusted.

La ubicación esta muy bien.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia, donde se aprieta para jalar el baño no servía bien, la camarera no limpio bien las mesas y superficies, el desayuno no tenia suficientes verduras u opciones vegetarianas sanas, lo rentamos por la alberca y no habia ningun aviso que cerraban la alberca en esos días. fue molesto para mi hija,

Nelíbila se nám čistota koupelny, chtělo by to určitě zlepšit. Ve sprchovém koutě nebyly dobře vyčištěné spáry dlouhodobě zašlé špíny.

Le personnel s’est montré extrêmement désagréable. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes et aucun geste n’a été fait de leur part. La salle de bain était insalubre, avec de la moisissure, et même après un changement de chambre, l’état était identique : taches au sol et saleté omniprésente. Une expérience décevante que je déconseille fortement.
