Volvería sin duda a este Hotel💜
Pros:

Sinceramente todo! La ubicación para mí es lo mejor!
Y también el personal fue muy amable. De hecho nos tocó un día de lluvia y pedimos paraguas para nuestro paseo y nos dieron 1 para cada una, abrieron paraguas nuevos para darnos. Después la recepcionista nos dio un mapa y nos explicó todo! Muy amable y atenta!

Hotel maravilhoso
Pros:

Muito limpo, bonito, moderno, quarto gigante e equipe muito atenciosa. Amei o café da manhã também!! Ele não é tão pertinho do centro, mas é uma delícia de se caminhar em Florença! Valeu a pena!

Una estancia fantastica
Pros:

Todo el personal amabilisimo. Nos habían perdido la maleta en el aeropuerto, y a la llegada al hotel fue todo amabilidad, nos ofrecieron zapatillas, todo tipo amenities, etc
