We had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious, and our suite was very spacious with its own private terrace/balcony. The area was quiet and peaceful, while still only about a 20-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and the heart of Florence.
The rooftop pool was a huge plus, especially with the kids and the 40°C summer heat! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a very abundant breakfast buffet. The hotel is a bit off center, but the city center can be reached easily on foot.

La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait qu'à moitié+ évacuation du vasque de gauche est très lente , proche d'être bouché. Le dernier défaut est pour moi le prix, c'est très cher, certe c'est très bien mais trop cher pour un service équivalent a d'autres hôtels moins cher .

Very clean and good service.always helpful booking a taxi.our room was big and comfortable.buffet breakfast was awesome!
We asked for a king bed and it ended up two king singles put together which created a join in middle that was uncomfortable. This hotel wasn't close to city so much walking or transport needed.
Terraço com um bar/restaurante muito bom e com vista muito bonita. As acomodações do quarto são espetaculares.
Não houve reposição automática do frigobar e troca de toalhas. O ar condicionado não dava conta total do calor do verão, mas ainda assim foi suficiente. O estacionamento em convênio com o hotel fica um pouco longe mas há um outro ao lado.
