Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, чистота, рядом есть небольшой минимаркет, оставляют вечером шоколад на кровати

Cons:

Отель не тянет на 5 звезд, только 4 звезды.
Во-первых, не выдают нормально воду, так как в номере оставляют небольшие (иногда 200 мл, иногда 400 мл на человека) бутылочки воды, приходится покупать самим либо за доп плату просить у персонала. Но даже комплиментарную воду приносят раз на раз.
Во-вторых, в номерах разные средства для душа, так как в нашем номере средства по уходу за волосами были плохого качества, а в номере у наших родителей были лучше, хотя номера были одного уровня.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado na região central próximo do Duomo. Quarto novo e espaçoso. Equipe muito gentil e café da manhã que vale a pena. Altamente recomendado.

Despite the issues we experienced, we loved the hotel, breakfast, most staff and the location.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were fantastic and we were upgraded with our room. Most of the time the staff and service was very good.

Cons:

There were four incidents that were not up to 5-star standard:
1 - We had no shower gel in our room and it took three phonecalls and two hours to receive some.
2 - I was running the marathon on the Sunday and spoke to Reception about a 6am breakfast box to be delivered, Reception were very helpful. However, I had to call at 6:05am as it hadn't arrived, a box was delivered 5mins later but was not acceptable as I had stated I was a vegetarian and allergic to bananas, was presented with two, quite stale, ham rolls. On calling again I received a 'Vegetarian' box which was two stale cheese rolls without butter, a slice of cake and a banana.....this was unacceptable pre-marathon.
3 - A cockroach in the living area
4 - On the Sunday it took two calls for us to get housekeeping to clean/make up our room and that was finally done at 5:30pm
