My experience in Milan was absolutely wonderful.
The hotel’s location is very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient.
The hotel truly felt like a five-star experience, from the warm reception to entering the room. All hotel facilities were excellent. Even while the gym was under maintenance, the hotel provided a dedicated room equipped with two strength machines, two cardio machines, and dumbbells, which fully met my workout needs.
Nothing at all. Everything was excellent.

Website said chrome cast tv however the receptionist confirmed this is not available yet.
For a 5 star hotel you would expect this to be correct and up to date
We also had additional services charged to us which was removed after speaking to the front desk
The shower had no pressure. 15 minutes after we informed the reception, it was fixed and working perfect.
