A Elegância e Charme de Milão traduzido em um Hotel: Tivoli President
Pros:

O hotel oferece tudo com excelência. A experiência começa no checkin, quando nos ofereceram um upgrade - uma suite espaçosa, com varanda 180 graus e sala de estar.
O atendimento no café da manhã é excepcional - brunch do domingo ao som de uma Harpa ao vivo! (Amir foi incrivel). O happy Hour também é maravilhoso! Piano bar super agradável e com o atendimento caloroso do Pedro.
Enfim, é conforto, atendimento e aquela elegância que só se encontra em Milão e claro no Tivoli President. Tudo nota 1.000!

Cons:

Não gostei de ter que ir embora!

Supertrevligt och fint. Det bjöds på vatten och en chokladbit på kvällen.
Pros:

Frukosten var super. Fint upplagt och trevlig personal. Kunde dock varit färskare bröd.

Cons:

Rummet var lite för varmt och ac var inte igång. För varma täcken.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff and great location! And everyone there was so welcoming! One of the best places i have stayed! And so clean too!

Pros:

Le personnel super accueillant et professionnel, l’emplacement idéal, et la chambre est très bien insonorisé. Le déjeuner très variés, la chambre très grande magnifique et j’ai eu le droit à un upgrade

Excellent! Great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Loved the room, views and balcony. Super location - walking distance to city centre and major attractions. Staff was also super friendly. The services and the extra bits, like leaving chocolate on the bed and always having new water bottles in the evenings - a little goes a long way.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant wasn't quite as expected. Especially the tiramisu dessert which seemed just made with the layers still being hard rather than dipped in coffee.
