La mia camera era molto piccola rispetto alle altre due del resto del gruppo
La posizione è splendida. A due passi dalla metropolitana San Babila ed è vicinissimo al Duomo
Il servizio non è da 5 stelle. Il primo giorno non mi hanno pulito la stanza . Al check out hanno fatto confusione sul conto e mi avevano conteggiato un servizio in camera mia richiesto nè utilizzato
La posizione è fantastica, molto buona la colazione, parte del personale molto gentile.
Ci eravamo ripetutamente raccomandate che la camera avesse due letti separati. Nonostante le rassicurazioni, arrivate in struttura abbiamo trovato il letto matrimoniale.
Gilda was my waitress and she was amazing.her attention to my needs were the best. I never had to ask for another cup of macchiato. It was always there. She was highlight of the day. Food was good and choices were many. I am not staying at this hotel but come here for breakfast everyday

Everything was great!
Great location and beautiful hotel. We were there during the Olympics and everything was excellent. Rooms were fantastic and clean. Service was exceptional.
After driving in from Livigno, we followed the doorman’s instructions to pull into the parking garage to offload our luggage. Even though we were there for a maximum of 7 minutes, the lot owner charged us for parking. It felt like a predatory tactic, and the owner was quite rude when I tried to protest. To the hotel's credit, it’s a private lot, but I wish I had known beforehand; I would have preferred a quick street drop-off over being bullied into an unnecessary fee.
Amir was exceptional at helping accommodate my special matcha request at breakfast, and I’m grateful for all of his hospitality! He and the whole breakfast team made my stay wonderful.
This is a lovely hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice and our waiter Amir was very attentive and took care of all of our requests quickly.
The service was amazing , my server at breakfast : Amir tended to my every request with professionalism and kindness.
Stayed for 2 nights in a family trip. The hotel, cleaning and food was amazing. But the BEST part were the people. Everyone made us feel like family, like we were at home and that feeling surpases any inconvenience. They even had someone who speaks portuguese and was amazingly nice!
