Overpriced
Pros:

I was there last May 2025 and it used to have another name.
It was way better, the staff , price and there was a welcoming kit for pets in the room

Cons:

I was there again in March 2026 When they changed the name it became high end of the hotel chain. Staff were so rough, overpriced , no welcome kit for pets

Pros:

Localização fantastica, fácil acesso a tudo.

Cons:

1 - Colchão extremamente velho, afundado, não corresponde a um 5 estrelas nunca.
2- Mal cheiro saindo dos ralos do banheiro, e da banheira, tive que tampar com papel para suportar
3 - Academia mal projetada para a demanda, falta espaço, faltam aparelhos, faltam pesos.

We loved this place, the front desk, the Bellman, the location, the room. Everything was perfect.
Pros:

We stayed there at the front end of our trip and liked it so much that we canceled our other hotel and ended up staying an additional four nights

Pros:

Perfect location. I would recommend to choose room with a patio view if you would like to have more quiet one.

Staff were really nice and always helpful. They have done their best to make our stay unforgettable!

Breakfast is really nice and for reasonable price. Broad selection of food, fruits and vegetables were top notch.

We will definitely come back

Pillows could be better, but this is only in my opinion
