We are having an exceptionally good experience at NH Touring Collection Milan. The hotel provides everything one looks for. Very warm decor, suave with a lovely energy.
Room had a lovely view, location is as central as can be, walk to key attractions. The hotel got it right on everything. Very helpful staff at the restaurant. Room service was great.
Irma is an absolutely wonderful host. One of the best. She did an outstanding job in making us feel at home. Every day. She is an invaluable asset to the hotel and we will actively seek out NH Collection hotels after our experience here.

NH Collection Milano Touring si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di Repubblica, il che lo rende comodo per chi arriva dalla stazione centrale e vuole restare comunque a poche fermate di metro dal centro di Milano.
La stanza è piccola, però ben tenuta, insonorizzata e pulita. Il letto è molto comodo e nella stanza c'è una scrivania con una sedia girevole comoda per lavorare al computer.
La colazione è ok, direi, forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.
Questo hotel ha un paio di difetti purtroppo.
Il primo era la doccia, che ha una porta strana e perde tantissima acqua. Dopo due docce il bagno aveva qualcosa come 3 centimetri d'acqua sul pavimento, tipo palude.
Un'altra cosa sono i prezzi del cibo e delle bevande in camera: mi sarei mangiato un paio di noccioline mentre lavoravo nel pomeriggio, ma 9 euro e 50 centesimi sono una follia. Volete il catalogo? Coca-Cola a 7 euro, birra a 7 euro, patatine a 7,50, noccioline a 9,50 e acqua frizzante a 5 euro, se non sbaglio. Ora, non è che se un hotel ha 4 stelle deve per forza farti pagare cifre assurde.
Non ho apprezzato che, quando ti addebitano la tassa di soggiorno, ti addebitino 50 euro per farti spendere gli altri soldi nel minibar. Se non li spendi, te li restituiscono, però la trovo una mossa subdola.

O hotel é muito caro pelo que oferece, O quarto não apresentava boa limpeza. Toalhas muito surradas.
O wifi não funcionava. Difícil foram as vezes que conseguimos conexão.

Excellent location near American Consulate in beautiful part of Milano.
Beautiful hotel, very stylish interior & very friendly, helpful staff. They made my daughter’s 21st birthday extra special and our room was fabulous. Location was great, 20 min walk to Brera main district with stunning views, beautiful park, lovely restaurants & bars.
