Aircon was not working, tv either and they didn’t clean our room. It was not the beat experience. For the price, it should have better maintenance

Concierge incompetenti, specie uno in particolare che mi ha causato un mare di problemi con il Parcheggio( che un 4* dovrebbe avere almeno uno convenzionato, tra l'altro voi di Booking ,traete in inganno, ma forse per le informazioni enon veritiere fornitevi dalla Struttura; nella sezione gli ospiti vanno pazzi per.... c'e l'icona PARCHEGGIO che mi ha indotto alla prenotazione li) il giovane concierge, fornendomi informazioni radicalmente sbagliate, per trovare un parcheggio CHE VANNO ASSOLUTAMENTE PRENOTATI!!! e non come sosteneva l'incompetente che sono a libero accesso.Infatti, ho perso 2 ore a risolvere da solo il problema, in mezzo al traffico milanese, per registrarmi, scaricare app e trovare uno libero tra l'altro lontano, perdendo un importante appuntamento di lavoro al centro. Food della colazione scadente, uova stracciate fredde già alle 7 del mattino in apertura, bacon di pessima qualità e freddo anche lui...immangiabili. Unico raggio di sole, la responsabile del Servizio colazioni la Sig.ra Cristina, gentile, efficiente e competente.

J’ai demandé gentiment un changement de dates. Même si j’ai annulé la réservation juste avant de refaire une nouvelle, lorsque j’ai demandé la modification, il m’a simplement répondu : « Non, tu peux faire une autre réservation. »
