A Unique Luxury Getaway close to Milan busy spots.
Pros:

The lobby is very cozy and the layouts are really cool and comfortable. It's ideal for business travellers who needs some co-working space. We opted for room with breakfast and it's so worthwhile. The food selections are plentiful and healthy with good balance of hot and cold items. Staffs are very attentive. The F&B staff are hospitable and professional.

The location of the hotel is considered a 15 minutes slow walk on level path from the Milan Centrale . It's manageable even though we carried mid-size trolley bags. There's also a gourmet express and tram line nearby.

Thank you Cristina, Irma and Francesco. We acknowledged your genuine smiles. That makes our stays comfortable and the reason we returned after visiting Venice.

Cons:

We arrived early from a long distance flight. We booked for a 5 nights stay yet we were not given complimentary early check-in. That's quite a pity. We ended up lounging tirelessly at the lobby charging counter. It's ok but not at ease in our opinion.

Good hotel, with perfect location and friendly staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is excellent - within walking distance of both the city centre (Duomo) and the Central Station.
The room was clean, with comfortable bed and good linens. The breakfasts were rich and offering a good variety of options.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the breakfast entrance, who was particularly kin and attentive.

Definitely a great hotel to stay in if you're in Milan
Pros:

We only stayed one night, but the room was exceptionally beautiful and modern and very clean. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Cons:

For the price per night, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.
