Krásny hotel v historickom centre
Pros:

Lokalita, čistota, priateľský personál, úžasné raňajky. Recepčný Vincenzo bol mimoriadne ochotný.

Cons:

Jediný problém je fitnescentrum. Je príliš malé, je tam len jedna jediná yoga matka, je tam extrémne teplo a dusno a nefunguje tam klíma ani nie je vetranie.

Ein tolles Hotel, um sich zu erholen und rundum wohl zufühlen.
Pros:

Tolle Atmosphäre, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Poolbereich - auch mit Bäumen und Pflanzen.

Cons:

Dass die Unterkunft leider vorher ausgebucht war und wir nur eine Nacht dort verbringen konnten ;-)

Great hotel but locality a bit run down
Pros:

Clean and helpful staff. Room very nice and spacious. Good if you don’t want to be in the centre which is 15 min walk away.

Cons:

Air con wouldn’t go cold enough. Drinks very expensive.

It’s good that it’s a bit away from the centre of the old town but the locality is run down around the hotel

Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel, das man wegen des Pools gut buchen kann

Der Pool ist schön zum Entspannen, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker

Cons:

Sehr überzogen, sogar fast schon frech sind die Preise für Getränke im Poolbereich. Ein Softdrink sollte 7,50 kosten, ein Kaffee ähnlich teuer. Das sind höhere Preise als am Flughafen Palermo nach der Security. Die Preispolitik sollte überdacht werden.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the hotel definitely felt like a 4-star hotel. Rosario was very kind, welcoming and genuinely made us feel comfortable during our stay. There was also another gentleman at reception who was very professional and helpful, although unfortunately I don’t remember his name.

However, our experience with Fabio was completely different. I found him extremely rude and unwelcoming. He barely made eye contact with us while speaking, which made the interaction feel very uncomfortable and dismissive.

Overall, the hotel itself was lovely and some of the staff were excellent, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from Fabio really affected our experience.
