Cons:

Zuerst ein Gestürm wegen unseren Velos- sind seit 4Wochen mit Velos unterwegs- bis dato kein Problem mit der Unterbringung!
Etwas zäher Beginn aber schlussendlich sehr bemüht eine gute Lösung zu finden- jetzt von uns eine Empfehlung als Hotel für Veloreisende👍🏽

Worthy stay.
Pros:

The pool area was a welcome treat in the heat. Poolside drinks and food available. Comfortable room. Nice walking area along the beach opposite and plenty of eateries around. Reasonably close to central station.

Nice Place to Visit
Pros:

Good location. Go out of the hotel and make a left and there are plenty of restaurants. You have to look behind the church on your left as they are off the beaten path. Got on the yellow hop on hop off bus called Go Around the World which is out of the hotel to the right. Would pick another bus as they never announced what stop number we were at. Go to the food market. It’s quite an experience. Like something out of a movie. Food prices is very reasonable and food was great. Watch your valuables as it’s packed

Had a lovely stay over the weekend with everything I needed.
Pros:

Welcoming and clean facilities and rooms with everything you needed :-)

Cons:

There were a number of conferences on which meant a lot of people loitering around including the pool area. Kind of takes away from the relaxation vibe by the pool.

Close to harbour and walkable into city center.

Cons:

AC didnt work all week, spoke to reception 6 seperate occasions, despite being told that there was a AC issue with the hotel at the start with no idea of when it will be fixed or a fan to offer, then we were told the will send somebody up to the room to check and still nothing changed.

Hotel is average. I would say three star rather than 4
Pros:

Reasonable location on seafront and not too far a walk from the main tourist streets and some good restaurants. Room was small but good that it had a balcony. Cleanliness was good except round the swimming pool where more of an effort to clean bird excrement and tree detritus could have been made. Breakfast was ok but nice to be able to sit outside

Cons:

Many things:
1. The fact that we were supplied with only one tiny container of water and further bottles had to be paid for. This is the first time that I have ever stayed in a hotel and had to pay for water
2. The hotel is worn and dated and is in need of refurbishment.
3. Rooms are small and dated.
4. Shower facilities poor and did not work well
5. Staff politeness variable. Some friendly others distinctly not eg when we left and were walking down the corridor the cleaner barked at us " Room number?" No good morning or goodbye. The guy by the swimming pool looked as miserable as sin. Just a couple of examples.
6. Bed not particularly comfortable

Piscina y restauración
Pros:

La piscina. Las vistas al mar. La restauración, se come muy bien. La cena en el jardín. Giovanni de recepción. Es un encanto. El staff del restaurante en general también es excelente.

Cons:

Que hasta las 10 de la mañana no esté en funcionamiento la cafetería. Que el centro quede un poco lejos y los taxis cuesten entre 15-20 euros. El personal de recepción me ha parecido un poco frío en comparación al NH Catania Centro, por ejemplo. Pero la piscina y la restauración lo hacen una opción muy recomendable sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que la habitación doble con vistas cuesta más de 300 euros sin desayuno.

Pros:

A fantastic hotel in an excellent location! NH Palermo offers beautifully refurbished rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, whether at the front office or in the restaurant.
We would especially like to thank Luigi for organizing our reservation and for his outstanding care and hospitality during our stay.
The hotel is ideally situated, with most attractions reachable within about 15 minutes on foot. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.
