Poor service, staff focused on corporate events .
Bugs in bed , had to change rooms in early hours of the morning. Left 3 days early due to the insects in the bed . But no refund offered due to booking with booking . Com. I have travelled many places and have never come across bugs in the bed . Disgusting.

I would stay there again without hesitation.
Pros:

Nicely appointed room, Top notch cleanliness, staff and restaurant was better than expected. For the price, and the way they keep up this place, it sould be rated at 5 stars not 4.

Cons:

I made a mistake when booking and only paid for 1 night. The staff was "able to extend my stay" for an extra hundred for the second night. I felt like they were absolutely taking advantage of me.

Pros:

A modern hotel by the sea and close to the old town. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and sea view. The pool and pool area are lovely with sun and shade available. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection of food. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the old town start literally behind the hotel.

Cons:

We had a balcony with a nice view but there was no table and chairs to enjoy it.

Holiday in Palermo
Pros:

Excellent staff who are very polite and helpful, especially Leo in the breakfast service. Great position near the harbour and bus routes; it’s a 10 min walk to the city centre but a nice walk! Rooms are clean and functional just missing some decor but think it is used for business conferences and tbh I’d rather it wasn’t full of nik naks but the odd pic in a bedroom might add some more atmosphere! Great pool area, only complaint really was the food at lunch which was overpriced imo.
Staff extremely helpful when we had a mini health issue and we would return!

La colazione eccellente, con grande varietà di scelta e molti prodotti locali. Ottima frutta fresca
la piscina non era agibile (era in manutenzione) ma comunque il parco è godibile.

Отель находится в близкой доступности к авто жд вокзалу. С одной стороны отеле находится Бон сад, с другой море и широкая набережная через дорогу. Комфортные номера, удобная кровать и подушки. Чайник и кофе машина также имеется. Отличные завтраки, достаточно большой выбор, рекомендую для медленного утра) на территории есть бассейн, который работает в летнее время. Имеется охраняемая парковка.

Cons:

Номера нуждаются в косметическом ремонте, но этот факт не навредил моему общему впечатлению.
