Pros:

Taxi booked by Hotel for us to Milazzo very expensive. On our return to your Hotel a week later we had a Taxi for 50% less.
You need to re-examine your Taxi contracts

Cons:

f irst of our two stays with room facing the Sea extremely noisy music from persons in front of the hotel only stopped after midnight!
Second stay facing the Pool much more peaceful.

Un'odissea per il late check-out: costretto a trattare per non restare a piedi. Camera datata.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima e comoda per girare. Nota di merito e un grande ringraziamento per la gentilezza, la professionalità e la solarità del personale che serve ai tavoli in piscina, sempre super disponibile e attento al cliente.

Cons:

La pulizia era così così e la struttura è datata, con rubinetti vecchi e pareti macchiate. Ma il vero punto critico è stata la gestione del late check-out, che si è rivelata un'odissea. Prima di partire scrivo sull'app di Booking e mi dicono di chiedere al check-in. Al check-in mi dicono che non possono garantirlo e di chiedere il giorno del check-out. La sera prima della partenza torno alla reception per avere certezze: nonostante su Booking le camere risultassero libere per l'indomani, mi dicono che l'hotel è pieno, invitandomi comunque a riprovare la mattina stessa. La mattina del check-out mi reco di nuovo alla reception e mi dicono ancora di no perché pieni. A quel punto ho fatto presente che su Booking c'era ancora disponibilità e ho persino offerto di pagare la notte intera pur di avere la stanza, chiedendo un incontro sul prezzo. Solo a quel punto, messi davanti all'evidenza, mi hanno concesso le 7 ore in più ma sparando una tariffa speculativa di ben 120 euro. Un atteggiamento poco trasparente, che crea ansia e punta solo a monetizzare al massimo all'ultimo minuto."

Great single night stay before flying home
Pros:

Location! Next to botanic gardens, the port and an easy 25min walk into the main areas.
Rooms are small but fine for couple of nights
2 pillows and proper linens not just a sheet to cover you.
Free parking. Nice coffee shop round the corner from it too

Cons:

Sun beds :( not enough to accommodate for the amount of people staying. There is enough space to possibly purchase more. No one worked harder than the pool boy/life guard on duty the afternoon we were there who was looking out for spare beds as they became available and kept things fair when tired travellers, newly checked in guests just wanted a seat by the pool.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location on the edge of the city. Polite & helpful staff throughout.
Pros:

Welcoming staff everywhere in the hotel. Location is good for exploring all of Palermo city & overlooks the sea & a large park. The calm of the hotel gardens & pool area are a bonus in such a busy city.

Cons:

Room management was inconsistent. Free water & used coffee cups not replaced every day, & room bins not always emptied. We had 2 rooms & 1 provided free slippers & complimentary toiletries, the other didn't.

El desayuno.

Cons:

El pesimo trato del personal de administracion. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion era ruidoso y no se podia apagar. Reclame varias veces hasta que enviaron el service. Lo curioso es que ellos conocian de antemano que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Es un hotel viejo, que necesita ser restaurado. Muy costoso para lo que ofrece.

Decepcionante primera vez en 20 años de usar NH y Booking que me pasa esto no los volveré a usar para nada

Que al ir hacer check out me obligaron a pagar la totalidad de los cobros por habitación y yo les había pagado a uds el 1 de junio dicho valor voy a poner la queja ante los dueños del hotel y si es del caso con la super de industria y
