Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Multiple guests report cleanliness problems: lodo/mildew in bathrooms, very worn towels, short/unclean sheets, AC leaking and wet rooms in some cases — overall cleanliness is noticeably below expectations.
Service
9.6
Frequently praised: staff described as very attentive, solícitos and helpful (e.g., assisting with baby needs, friendly reception). Service is a strong point across reviews.
Location
8.4
Mixed but acceptable: several guests note the hotel is isolated (~3 km from town, best for car travelers) while others call it tranquil and close to the city — good for drivers, less convenient for those without a car.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms are often described as spacious with large beds, but there are recurring maintenance complaints: thin pillows, worn furniture, broken fittings, limited hangers, poor shower performance in some units.
Amenities
8.3
Amenities include a pool and basic in-room features; breakfast selection and pool are positives for some guests. However, issues reported with frigobar condition, few power outlets, and missing room mirrors indicate uneven upkeep.
Value for Money
8
Mixed sentiment: several guests praise the cost–benefit and call it a good value for overnight stays, while others feel the price is high relative to the location and maintenance level.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast is a highlight for many: fresh fruits and a good variety of regional items. A minority report limited options or reduced hours at times, but overall F&B is viewed positively.
Overall Experience
9.4
Overall experiences skew positive due to helpful staff, comfortable beds and pleasant common areas; noteworthy maintenance and cleanliness issues reduced satisfaction for some guests but did not dominate most stays.

Hotel cumpre o papel, mas sem destaque
Pros:

Ah ! A porta do banheiro não fechava.
