Perfetto.
Pros:

NH non delude mai: comodità, pulizia, tutto perfettamente funzionante. Stanza ampia e confortevole pulitissima e accessoriata. Colazione Continentale perfetta, varia e di qualità con numerose opzioni sia dolci che salate. Posizione eccezionale a pochi minuti dalla Stazione dei treni e dal Centro di Ravenna.

La posizione, il letto e la colazione.

Cons:

In stanza c'era molto caldo (oltre 30 gradi) e non era possibile utilizzare l'aria condizionata che, essendo centralizzata, era spenta. Aprendo la finestra c'era rumore. Per un NH non è accettabile spendere €150 a notte e non poter dormire causa caldo. Il ristorante appena sufficiente.

Lo staff è davvero eccezionale: abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera e ci è stata assegnata una suite senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Davvero gentili e disponibili, grazie!

Nulla da dire sulla camera, se non un piccolo suggerimento: essendo situata nel sottotetto, tende a scaldarsi molto. Sarebbe quindi preferibile accendere l’aria condizionata prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti.

Per il resto, tutto perfetto.

colazione ok. avevo prenotato una cena, che poi per motivi personali ho dovuto disdire scegliendo di mangiare qualcosa in camera. Ho avvisato l'hotel alle 21,30 circa, ho trovato in camera 2 porzioni di lasagne due macedonie e una bottiglia d'acqua. costo dell'operazione 76 euro, un po' troppo direi
