Pros:

Öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, an der Rezeption wird die Parkgenehmigung ausgedruckt, manchmal muß man auf einen Parkplatz warten. Nähe und fußläufig zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Vier Sterne ist eher zu hoch gegriffen.

Spectacular view and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff was very helpful. They had several hot and cold items to choose from for Breakfast. View from the roof was spectacular.

Cons:

Small elevator, but that is typical of buildings in Europe

Un hotel comodo e accogliente
Pros:

Posizione comoda, centrale e vicino alla stazione. Colazione ottima, staff gentile, camere molto pulite.

Cons:

Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, soprattutto all’esterno.

If need a stay convenient to train station, this is it
Pros:

Location to train station. Easy 10 minute walk downtown and to Basilica

Cons:

Did not keep water available for guests. Only out during afternoon/evening hours. It’s water. Leave it out. Guests appreciate it.
