The best hotel we had in Rome in the last years
Pros:

Great hotel clean, well maintained and spacious room. We would like to thank the great staff at the nhow hotel for an amazing hospitality, and professionalism. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for treating us in a generous way.

Wow Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, rooms are great, easy to find your way around, decorated very nice, breakfast is great and there is always someone on hand to help you 😊

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome 😊

Pros:

①アメニティ

部屋の一部にも使われているハウスカラーのピンクで統一されている豊富な数のアメニティはウキウキさせてくれ、土産代わりに持って帰りたいと思わせてくれた

※スリッパが有るのが何よりも有り難かった。

②レストラン

付属しているレストランのウェイトレスに物凄く急いでいると言ったら、行き先/所要時間を計算してくれた食べ物をクロックムッシュとポテトフライを用意してくれた(日本人にはちょっと量が多かったけど、、、)

③コンシェルジュ

訓練されたプロフェッショナルな感じはしなかったが、コンシェルジュの女性らは美人で、聞いた事を面倒と思わず調べてくれてた

④ロケーション

木々が沢山有るボルケーゼ公園は目と鼻の先で、
タクシーに住所を見せたら、分からない人は1人もおらず、スムーズに帰れた

⑤パスルーム

清潔で、シャワーもカランのお湯も押しボタン式で使いやすかったし、シャワーヘッドからの水漏れも無かったし、バスタブに溜める際に熱いお湯が使っている内に少し水温が下がったけど、元々の水温設定が高かったので、適温を保ったお湯が張れた

⑥スーパー

徒歩10分のところにある。フルーツ、スナック、飲み物等を買い揃えて置けば、ちょっと何かを口にしたい時に良い

Cons:

1️⃣設計

タクシー🚕を降りて、まず始めに6段程の階段を大荷物を持って降り無いといけないのと、降りたら、まずその1階下のフロントデスクまでエレベーターで降りないといけない設計。

その上、部屋のフロアに上がる時は別のエレベーターを使わないといけない。

部屋から出てタクシー乗り場に行き、寒いなと思って部屋に戻る時は一連の作業をしないといけない。

2️⃣部屋の大きさラゲッジスペース

クイーンサイズのベッドと壁の間が90cmくらいしかなく、スーツケース台に乗せてスーツケースを開けるとベッドに10cmくらい乗ってしまい、そこの通路が通れないので、この先の電源を使わないといけない時はベッドに乗って移動しないといけない。

nhow Roma was honestly the cutest stay. The vibes, the colors the playful design, perfectly on brand
Pros:

Everything especially the room decoration, the colors, and how they pay attention the the little details for ex. they gave us extra chocolates every day.. the branding is overall 10/10.

Cons:

The only downside was that during departure no one offered to help with our luggage, even though we were clearly struggling with heavy bags on the stairs.

Pros:

Very stylish Hotel next to Villa Borghese. This was part of our Babymoon, and the staff was so nice to give us an upgrade to a room with a very very large and sunny balcony faced to Villa Borghese. Also otherwise, staff was so helpful and nice.

Cons:

The only thing I could mention here is that the shower was a bit leaking.
