Excellent find, worth the money
Pros:

The property in iteself is excellent, the room cleanliness amenities is worth the money. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Its on the main road and 2 min walk to Jimbaran sidewalk. All you need is nearby. I regret not styaing here for more days. Ps the bathroom is main highlight, its huge and gives royal feel

Cons:

Hot water was only coming for 3-4 mins during shower, this can be improved

Grote villa met zwembad in een rustige omgeving.
Pros:

Mooie villa met zwembad in een rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Voldoende schone handdoeken tijdens ons verblijf en schoonmaak van de kamers wanneer gewenst. Je kon ook eten bestellen in het restaurant en werd op de kamer bezorgd. Goede airco op de slaapkamers.

Cons:

Het servies was matig, niet voldoende kommetjes. Drinkglazen leken niet schoongemaakt en erg vies/oud. Op verzoek kregen we wel een schuurspons en afwasmiddel en een theedoek. De koelkast had een vriesvak maar geen afsluitklep. Sommige ramen konden niet afgesloten worden.

Cons:

Öncelikle girişteki yolda 4-5 tane yüksek rampa var.Çok gereksiz.Arkadaki mutfak çok kullanışsız 1 bıçak 1 çatal vardı.Mutfak aynı yatır gibi hiç girmedik nerdeyse.Söylememe rağmen her gün sabah bizi arayıp temizlik ihtiyacımız var mı diye uykumuzdan uyandırdılar.Tesisin yemek yerine oturduk personel yüzümüze bile bakmadı kimse yoktu bizde kalktık .Fiyat olarak çok yüksek olmasına rağmen hiç değmedi pişmanım.Konumu da berbat.Son olarak ses yalıtımı asla yok yukardaki kalan kişilerin yürüme sesi dahi çok duyuluyordu.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé et je recommanderai cet hôtel à ma famille et mes amis.
Pros:

L’établissement est très proche des commerces . Le personnel est très respectueux et très collaboratif. Ils aident et conseillent bien! La chambre est très propre et elle est bien équipée, Le cadre est très bien entretenu avec des belles plantes. Ils offrent des bouteilles d’eau et des produits de toilettes. Le service du petit déjeuner est d’une grande qualité.

Avoid at all costs.

The cost was cheap

Cons:

We arrived early morning. Reception was not open. A man was waiting for us on arrival who showed us to our rooms. There were no lights on and we could barely see where to go. He made no attempt to help with luggage even though 2 of the 3 were female with large suitcases. Rooms were located up many steps in the far corner of the complex.

Rooms were not clean, stains on walls and floors, especially in bathroom. Insects were creeping in via the gaps in outside doors. Extremely uncomfortable.

I am 100% certain that the pictures of the rooms shown on booking have been airbrushed to make them look much more appealing than they actually are. The walls are not that colour, the furniture looks much more modern than the actual, stains removed. The pics of the courtyard area also seems to be edited. Not much greenery, pool is empty, no lighting.

We immediately left and book a room at another hotel.

Изначально я бронировал отдельную виллу, а мне дали комнату в Гест Хаусе, потому что к моему приезду у них уже не было свободных номеров. Персонал отеля даже не смутил тот факт, что я номер забронировал узе рано утром в отдельной вилле. И даже возмутились на меня, что я приехал немного за полночь. Я был в шоке. Предпочитаю решать вопросы мирно и поэтому спокойным тоном задавал вопросы несколько раз о том, что за мою цену мне дают комнату на два класса ниже - почему и на каком основании? Все, что я получил в ответ - сория.
Так что будьте готовы получить комнату вместо виллы и за вашу переплату - простое «сория»
