It was a bad experience

The location was close to the gathering I was attending

Cons:

The shared bathroom was really unexpected, there's a weird hospital smell as you walk in. The lady at reception was very hostile and unwelcoming - The electricity went off for some time without backup and I was unable to charge after being on the road for 10 hours.

Something at reception was being fixed by the handyman which made the area dirty and unprofessional as the first point of contact.

Overall good, except for being unhappy with not being served breakfast.
Pros:

We were not served breakfast because we were ten minutes late. We had to ask for at least two slices of bread each from the manager, and that is exactly what we got. I am also a born again Christian and was really shocked that there was not a little compassion as we were apologizing for having missed the time. I hope the manager and staff will be a bit considerate to other folks should the same fate befall them, thank you.

Cons:

The manager could have either reimbursed us for our missed breakfast or should have given us a warning and then requested that we be served our breakfast since we had already paid for it, thank you.
