Cockroaches 🪳 in my food. I got hurt when I reported at the reception. The receptionist said cockroaches are eaten, yet I couldn't eat pizza. I was deeply hurt 💔

The room was clean

Cons:

The lady at the receptionist and the owner was so rude because I didn't understand want i choose on the app for booking. I wanted double bed and I choose 2 single bed in which i was not aware off. The made me to pay again at the guest house to upgrade my room 😩 The bathroom water was only cold in the morning when we took a shower 🚿

I loved the location it's very safe and vibrant area

Cons:

I had a really disappointing experience, the staff seemed unw welcoming and the bathrooms were dirty. Not a great vibe.

De tudo,principalmente dos funcionários que fizeram tudo o que podiam por mim e do conforto do quarto.

Cons:

O horário do café da manhã termina muito cedo, 9h,parece uma roça,não cidade turística e do café em si não ter bolos,tortas ou doces.A localização é boa para quem gosta da vida noturna, fica a uma rua,mas para quem vem a praia ou ao centro é distante.

When it was time to check out, the reception was empty, and they took their precious time before attending and I also had to wait before they could open the gate for me. I found that act very unprofessional

The place was nice and beautiful. But our room was closer to the 🚻 bathroom. The noise was bad

I liked the place...and I also realized that the place was basically suitable for the Christians ✝️.
Me and my wife we did enjoy the place

Cons:

I did not appreciate when I had to pay extra 330 rands...
Simply because I chose the wrong room

The lady at reception and the owner was not people that they care about their business. Because I booked on booking.com it was a problem because I accepted 2 single bed whereas I needed a double bed. I was with my husband n we were celebrating our anniversary
