i cant because i ended up not staying even an hour
Pros:

nothing on arrival we found our luggage left outside with the security with all our belongings and valuables, whereas the receptionist said we can come back and book inn at 14h00. we requested a room downstairs and where denied.we didnt even sleep for the night we fight another place same time but have not got any refund the manager rudely told me there was nothing he can do.im busy pursuing the matter

the response from the management and the treatment from the receptionist was uncalled for leaving our bags with security cause she said her shift finishedat12 they do not respect peoples money.
