Cons:

Pros:

I would say breakfast is good based on the packed takeaway. I did not sit in because I was supposed to go as early as possible before breakfast was served, in the future, I will have a sit-in breakfast

None, the security, packing, space, and room were as expected; the place where the hotel is situated is convenient enough for my traveling.

It's the location and cleanliness

Cons:

Staff was just rude (not all of them, but ones i interacted with) . Only the security knew customer service. Last time I was there, receptionist advise if i wanted breakfast packed aside, I should have said the day before. This time I tell her and her response was "no we can't do that" when I ask why/ didn't you advise me differently when i was here last time, she just chose to ignore me and leave. And the gentleman in the kitchen told me they are rushing to church, kitchen is closed yet breakfast time is 7 to 9 and it was before 9AM. Ooh and the shower was cold.

Conveniently situated, clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

I did not have the breakfast at all. It was food that did not appeal to me for breakfasts. I prefer standard breakfasts like bacon&eggs.
