Check in bereits 1 Std. früher möglich.
Wir bekamen auf Wunsch sofort eine zweite Decke.
Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage topp. Gleich am Bahnhof, gleich am Canal Grande.

Bonne étape près de la gare et du centre ville.
Pros:

La situation, la gentillesse des réceptionnistes, le rapport qualité/prix, la proximité desbars et restaurants, bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Personne au bar au moment de l'apéro, lieu de toute façon peu accueillant suite à la présence d'un grand groupe de congressistes bruyants.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Super Hotel, in Stadtnähe.
Schöne Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Wir haben diesmal das Zimmer Nr.333 gehabt!
Das Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Schwarze Flecken bei den Fliesen, und der Handtuchhalter eine "Zumutung" ( Total alt und rostig).

An exceptional stay with outstanding service and a truly memorable person vich.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic in every aspect - location, cleanliness, room quality, and service were all excellent. The staff was truly outstanding, very professional and attentive.
I would especially like to share a personal experience. A staff member named Aida, who I believe was managing the breaktast area or kitchen, made our stay unforgettable. She found out that my daughter was celebrating her birthday and surprised her with a cake. It was a very special and emotional moment for me and my 3-year-old daughter. This gesture meant a lot to us and shows the level of care this hotel provides.

Cons:

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5ten Stock es hatte 28 grad darin und kühlte trotz offenem Fenster nicht ab wir bekamen problemlos ein anderes Zimmer!!

Cons:

Wir kamen um 10:20zum Frühstück das bis 12h geht sonntags- wir waren die einzigen das war sehr angenehm leider wurde gegen 11h bereits vieles abgeräumt sodass wir nicht mehr alles vor allem nicht die toll aussehenden Süßspeisen probieren konnten
