Assenza di uno sgabello per chi ha difficoltà ad entrare nella vasca da bagno
Vicinissima al centro, staff super, in particolare l’hospitality manager che ci ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile
La colazione
Lo staff in generale . Alla reception sono stati discretamente scortesi in più occasioni . Subito dall’inizio con un problema al loro POS che non accettava la mia carta Credit Agricole . Mi hanno fatta sentire quasi in colpa. Risposte poco cortesi da più operatrici in più occasioni, tanto che mio figlio di 14 mi ha chiesto se i triestini volessero continuare a far parte dell’Italia. In realtà di triestino non c’era nessuno tra lo staff. Anche il personale si piani poco collaborante e gentile. Non ci avevano fornito asciugamani puliti ho dovuto richiederli e sembravano scocciati. Mancava carta igienica di riserva ed al mio arrivo ho dovuto ripulire il piatto doccia dai residui piliferi del precedente occupante. Viaggio sempre su Hotel NH ritengo che abbiano dei buoni standard e apprezzo la policy dog friendly ma visto che si paga a parte per le pulizie legate al cane riterrei opportuno fossero più accurate anche quelle relative agli esseri umani.
La posizione centrale ma purtroppo come in molte altre città italiane la vicinanza alla stazione, diventata un ostello a cielo aperto per senza tetto , limite un po la sicurezza nel rientrare dopo cena
Location and staff cooperative
Hotel rooms are too small, no value for money, and the AC system is horribly faulty. AC had a fixed set up that couldn't bring temp lower than 24°c . It was very hot .We were not able to sleep. Lift is too slow. One was Not working most of the time. So long wait . B'fast vegetarian option too less so couldn't take it .
