Place was nice, the stay was very disappointing.
Cons:

I stayed at this hotel in Turin for three days. The hotel itself is beautiful and overall looks very nice, which is why my experience was especially disappointing.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room was not up to standard. When I arrived, there were male hairs on the bed and on the toilet seat. The toilet itself was dirty with hair on it. I did not report this to the staff at the time, as I didn’t want to make a complaint.

Another issue was that the door to my room did not close properly, which already made me feel a bit uncomfortable about the security.

The most serious problem happened one morning when I left the room for about 30 minutes. When I returned, my room door was open and some money had been taken from my room, from my purse which I left on the bed. I immediately informed the staff. I told that I want to check the security cameras, because “something”is missing from my room. Their reaction was very disappointing — they said they could not do anything and that they could only ask the cleaning lady if she had seen something. In fact she was the only person seeing me getting out of the room.

What surprised me the most was that they didn’t even ask what exactly was missing. I was also told that there are no security cameras in the hotel, so they could not check anything.

The lack of concern and responsibility from the staff was very upsetting. A situation like this should be taken seriously, but I felt that my complaint was simply ignored.

It was okay
Pros:

The staff was very kind and professional. Marialuisa served me at breakfast, she was very lovely and kind. Went out of her way to provide some ice for me. She looked after me and all other costumers with kindness and competency.

Cons:

The room was excessively warm, there was no way to turn down the temperature. Had to have the windows open which of course is not ideal and I end up catching a cold. There was no complementary water in the room - unbelievable in 2026! and also no kettle, also unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel
