Pros:

Free parking near hotel which was located fairly close to the Mersey Estuary.

Cons:

Nice area but we were on the first floor with no lift and the stairs were difficult whilst carrying luggage

Pros:

The New Brighton Hotel exceeded our expectations. For example, on our second evening we were seven minutes late arriving to order our main meal, but the waitress was great accepting out late order and managed to keep the kitchen open and deliver the food we very much needed from their menu. We were very pleased to stay at this hotel again - this was our second visit - and all the staff were very helpful and friendly during both of our stays.
