Pros:

Staff friendly, room clean, great location

Cons:

Absolutely freezing! Radiator in bedroom didn't work and rower rail in bathroom leaking and broken,so me and my son had to sleep with clothes on which made for a terrible sleep.

Although the price of the room was relatively cheap, It did not live up to my expectation.
Pros:

Staff and manager were pleasant and approachable. Location was fine.

Cons:

There was a party downstairs in the bar / restaurant which went on until midnight (which we were not made aware of / warned). I was aware that there might be live music until possibly 11pm, but the party / DJ / music was extremely loud - our room upstairs was literally vibrating. Not conducive with what a hotel room should be.
The shower did not work properly - intermittent and often not warm enough. Some towels were not fresh and smelt. They were changed but even one of those retained the same smell. The manager left us a free drink in the bar to compensate for this. This is the first time I have given a negative review. I am not a complainer, but.......

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and very polite. The food was exceptionally good, the bedroom was comfortable with an extremely comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble.
