Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Apartament miał dużą powierzchnię, łóżko było wygodne. Lokalizacja jest świetna – blisko do centrum. Ogromne podziękowania należą się personelowi, który był niezwykle pomocny i cierpliwy. Nie znam języka niemieckiego, a mój angielski jest słaby, przez co musieliśmy porozumiewać się za pomocą tłumacza w telefonie, ale obsługa wykazała się ogromną wyrozumiałością. Gorąco polecam!

Im Garten könnten ein - zwei Mülleimer mehr stehen, damit der Hundekotbeutel nicht in der Raucherecke vor dem Eingang entsorgt werden muss.( wegen der Geruchsbelästigung)

Gutes Hotel, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, da es in der Nähe von unserer Verwandschaft liegt, die wir besucht haben.

Cons:

Mir persönlich waren die Betten etwas zu weich, aber das ist natürlich eine persönliche Befindlichkeit

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, das Personal sehr nett, der Service war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Man abends gut im Hotel essen. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Man kann in Zittau und Umgebung viel entdecken.

Abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Angebot wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Das Käseangebot sollte etwas besser aufbereitet werden (Scheiben hingen teilweise zu stark zusammen.
