Es war durchschnittlich.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Beleuchteten war in allen Räumen sehr dunkel. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer sehr kalt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mangelhaft. Optisch sah es gut aus. Die warmgehaltenen Speisen wie z. B. Spiegeleier waren sehr fest, kleine Hackbällchen schwarz gebraten, Pancakes knüppelhart und trocken. Das angebotene Brot in Scheiben ebenfalls hart und trocken. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war bitter und der Milchkaffee lauwarm. Der Filterkaffee aus der Thermoskanne lauwarm. Es gab wenig frisches Obst und wenn dann qualitativ schlecht/unreif. Alles in allem enttäuschend.

Pros:

Der Dresdner Hof liegt etwas abseits, die Wege in Zittau sind allerdings kurz. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr vielfältig, Restaurant ist gut.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist evtl. nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand, aber insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.

Nebenan ist eine Firma mit Nachtschicht und diese ist laut. Die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Tolles Hotel in einer…Stadt
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel als Accor-Platinmember eher zufällig gewählt, da es so ziemlich der einzige Ort war, wo es an diesem Wochenende nicht geregnet hat und wurden-zumindest vom Hotel-in keinster Weise enttäuscht (eher 4-Sterne als3-Sterne +). Großes komfortables Zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierender Heizung, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit ! gedruckten Zeitungen, heute eher eine Seltenheit, kostenloser Parkplatz-auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Cons:

Im Hotel war alles super, das Restaurant hatte leider noch geschlossen-auswärtige Gäste würden in Zittau, wenn es das Café Schwendtner nicht gegeben hätte, verdursten und verhungern. Der Weg vom Hotel in die Innenstadt, schlichtweg eine Katastrophe-dafür 2,90€ Kulturabgabe??? Ergo, das Hotel topp, die Stadt ein Flop.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Restaurant zum Abendessen. Die Betten sind super, besonders wenn man Rückenprobleme hat. Wir hätten gern den Hersteller der Matratzen und Topper gewußt, aber dazu schweigt sich das Team vom Dresdener Hof aus
