The highlight of our trip!
Pros:

I work in hospitality and this hotel has been one of the most pleasant surprises I've had in the last years! The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Plaza Mayor, with lovely views from the balconies, perfect for people watching. The rooms and the common areas always looked clean and smelled amazing. Then the staff is definitely their highest asset. Every single person we encountered was always smiling and willing to help us in anything we needed. I'd like to specially highlight the service from Alejandro, the concierge, who was extremely helpful with suggestions for thing to do, and some amazing places to eat! Finally, breakfast was delicious with an excellent variety and kind staff. We are planning a trip to Spain next year with some friends and we definitely will be coming back!

Right in the heart of Madrid

Pros:

Emplacement dingue evidemment, les parties communes étaient superbes, la piscine interieure un regal, petit dejeuner super complet, tout est raffiné

Cons:

Clairement la taille de la chambre et de la douche, tres petits pour le prix payé même si bon on est dans une capitale

Posizione strategica nel centro di Madrid
Pros:

L’edificio storico dentro il quale si trova é stato ristrutturato interamente in stile moresco negli sazi comuni. É adorabile il patio interno dove si svolgono le colazioni. Lo staff é attento e gentile. Le camere sono pulite e luminose. Avevamo una deluxe al secondo piano con balcone su plaza Mayor. La posizione è un mist: ci si muove dappertutto a piedi.

Molto bene, a parte la Spa
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, personale professionale e cordiale. Spa da dimenticare, pavimento pericoloso (sono scivolato e mi sono fatto male ad una mano, ma poteva andare molto peggio).

Cons:

Lit supplémentaire dans la chambre très rudimentaire, pas pu l'utiliser (on tombait). WC avec peu d'intimité (paroi opaque translucide) et illumination de la salle de bain insuffisante, pas de miroir de courtoise. Certains serveurs au café ou au restaurant peu agréables, d'autres parfaits.

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la literie, vue agréable.

Cons:

C'est un hôtel sans de porte à la salle de bain, ce qui n'est pas un problème quand la salle de bain est à l'entrée de la chambre. Là, la sortie de la douche et des wc en verre dépoli face au lit ! ce n'est vraiment pas agréable . Le vrai point noir de notre séjouir

Lovely one night stay in Madrid!
Pros:

Location was great in the Plaza Mayor. Our room opened up into the plaza - very romantic as there was typically street performers playing music and the hustle and bustle of the square. The hotel restaurant was good and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

No complaints.

Glamorous location and chic decor!
Pros:

Really fun and glamorous property to stay in. Make sure to enjoy the pool and sauna downstairs - was a great way to recuperate after walking 8miles around Madrid sightseeing!

Staff was very kind and professional. I mentioned needing a coffee and they got me one while checking in.

The best part was walking right out of the hotel into Plaza Mayor.

Cons:

My mom treated for the room, so we splashed out a bit. Would have been a bit pricey on my own!

I also didn’t realize that there was a blackout curtain that was automatic, behind a lightweight curtain. So I woke up a bit early. But that was partially my fault.
