Pros:

Schöne zentrale Lage am Placa Mayor. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein aber trotzdem geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist kein separater Raum. Dusche und Toilette sind durch Nischen abgetrennt. Ist hat halt eine Altbau.

Pros:

Super team especially at the reception desk and during the breakfest (Isabel).
I appreciate a positive attitude of the staff, the place, the building.

Cons:

Only small minor things: no smart TV (at least impossible to connect), sauna temp a bit to low. Anyway I can definitely recommend this hotel

nice hotel in central town
Pros:

a very very yummy breakfast offering a choice of a good quality food both fresh and cooked;
central location in a historic building on plaza mayor;
interior design throughout;
rooms fully stocked with tea, coffee and good quality cosmetic including a miniature range which unfortunately is rare these days!

Cons:

their standard double room could have made a great single room as it is sweet but rather compact; dresser drawers not provided either. I could hear shower running somewhere next door. One should definitely consider booking a more expensive option especially if planning to stay more than one night and travel as a couple.
Dont want to be to harsh but, a swimming pool in the spa area fits just about one swimmer at a time

Pros:

Hotel has a luxurious look and feel about it. Superb location, you experience the centre of Madrid.

Room was a bit small, but tasteful. Bed felt a little short.
