La posizione centralissima , personale gentile e attento al cliente. Buona colazione a buffet e camere pulite e curate. Ben insonorizzato nonostante la posizione centrale su Plaza Major sempre frequentatissima. Mercado San Miguel a due passi. Consiglio vivamente.
Very pleasant staff on the front desk and a warm welcome. Comfortable bed (not too firm). Great location.
The open bathroom concept is terrible. I guess it enables more rooms to be squeezed in, but I will be more alert to this feature in future hotel booking. It certainly doesn't fit with a 4 star hotel. 2 star maybe.
Bra centralt läge. Snyggt och fräscht.
Rummet var litet. Men framförallt att det inte var ett avskilt badrum. Svårt att ställa av badrumsartiklar då tvättstället var integrerat i sovdelen.

We LOVED the indoor pool area….it was like we were in a Roman Bath. Breakfast was wonderful and our bed was the most comfortable one we’ve ever had on a trip! Fantastic location right on Plaza Major. Excellent location for exploring all of Madrid.
Loved everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was smaller, but had great storage for our things.

Banheiro e chuveiro muito apertado . Não gostei de uma coisa, meu marido estava servindo um pão no café da manhã e o cozinheiro veio correndo na frente e pegou o pão que ele ia pegar, as 4 fatias que sobravam eram largas e não entravam na torradeira, mostrou para ele que ficou de trazer outra e virou a cara … muito sem educação.

It was a wonderful place! The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly! The restaurant where the breakfast took place was very nice and cozy! The breakfast itself was very delicious as well. The room was pleasant and clean and despite the fact that it was not very big, it was enough for two people. It was a very nice hotel!

None cuánto a la limpieza podrían mejorar. Aspirar mejor, mantener los baños comunes más limpios y con papel suficiente. Las mesas de sus dos restaurantes siempre sucias. En el restaurante del patio central no barren, las sillas sucias con moronas, las mojadas de las mesas solo las avientan al piso, no limpian ni higienizan; vi algunas cucarachas gigantes junto al baño. En cuanto al restaurante del ir da a la plaza lo mismo y con un horario corto por la noche. En cuánto a la privacidad del baño y regadera es nula, con las puertas de vidrio.
