Thanks to all the staff for their help along the way, i had one of the best experiences ever at a hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely 10/10 hotel, i was super sick with a stomach bug and they had a doctor sent out to me free of charge as they work with the hotel! Never seen that before but WOW, what an amazing experience, the room was also excellent. I will definitely be only booking here in madrid from now on

Le personnel n’était pas professionnel, la caution de 50€ du début n’a jamais été rendu (sans aucune raison.) Je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec les hôtels lors de mes précédents voyages, mais celui-ci a été une très mauvais expérience. Cela fait plus d’un mois que je me bats pour essayer de récupérer cette caution. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel. À fuir !!!

Zowel onze kamer als de ligging van het hotel was fantastisch.
We werden meerdere keren met een presentje van het hotel op onze kamer aangenaam verrast.
Het ontbijt was super.

Cons:

Leider war der Pool für mehrere Tage gesperrt. Ärgerlich, weil wir das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht hatten. Von Seiten des Hotels gab es kein entgegenkommen.

Top Lage. Sehr gutes Essen. Hervorragendes Ambiente. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt für uns: ein Grund, warum wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden hatten, war der Pool - doch der war alle 4 Tage geschlossen und wir hatten keinerlei Info darüber erhalten. Dies war etwas enttäuschend für uns.
