Todo! No tengo ni un solo pero, volveremos seguro! Hasta ahora el mejor de los que he estado! El número 1! Ubicación, es precioso! El personal maravilloso! Amables, simpáticos, no he visto a ninguno de ellos con rostro serio, todos con una sonrisa, la limpieza del 10! Volveré porque me ha quedado algún rinconcito del hotel por ver y es que es una obra de arte cada sala y cada paso que das, pagas a gusto porque es de una calidad exquisita! Silencioso para un descanso máximo, el spa es tan bonito!! Súper limpio, y el horario genial, desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 23:00 de la noche! Esto es un lujo! Todo el hotel huele de maravilla! En esta ocasión solo viajé por un día con mi hijo pero estoy deseando volver por más días con mi hija para que lo vea y disfrutar de una estancia más larga!

Not a 4 stars hotel service.
Pros:

The size of the room and the common areas of the hotel

Cons:

Despite being at Plaza Mayor, after 5:00pm the surroundings are full of homeless people sleeping at night; so if you go out and arrive late to the hotel, you have to go through all the homeless to enter the facility.
Also there is no discount on parking

Wir hatten die Loft gebucht, das Pestana liegt direkt an der Plaza Mayor, besser geht es gar nicht. Man hat rundherum alles was man braucht. Das Hotel ist in der oberen Klasse, sehr schönes Restaurant, überdacht mit einer Glaskuppel. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wurde mehrmals nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei, oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir wollten 30min später auschecken, war überhaubt kein Problem. Würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

My favorite hote in Madrid, super central and well suited for business trips or romantic get aways.
Pros:

It's my second time back so I knew what to expect. Stayed in supreme room overlooking the plaza mayor with a view this time. I enjoyed it, although sensitive travelers may benefit from being informed of noice that naturally travels from the busy tourist plaza. Sensitive sleepers may choose courtyard view room options.

Cons:

Gym could be bigger. Pool could be warmer. Staff is lovely and housekeeping is of really high standard. I recommend the hotel as comfortable for adult travelers, for business or a romantic get away.

El lugar, el ambiente, la cafetería, todo

Cons:

Quizá que la entrada por la plaza mayor tuviese vigilancia. Por las noches está oscura y hay gente sentada en el rellano. Una pena porque es preciosa

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé, nous avons tout fait à pied, très joli déco, plusieurs endroits cosy, personnel très sympa, petit déjeuner excellent et le spa est très beau .. j’ai même eu droit à une jolie attention pour mon anniversaire ( petit gâteau ds la chbre avec une carte)

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

The staff were so attentive and friendly. Service levels were up to that of a 5 star hotel. Our room was cleaned twice a day and choclates left on the pillows. We received a free upgrade on arrival to an amazing room with beautiful views to the Plaza on one side and down another pretty street on the other. The building sucessfully wedded the historic fabric with understated elegence. Highly recommded.
