The room was pretty nice, and quiet. The staff was awesome! The parking was close by, and easy to get to the rooms. The breakfast was nice, and had a buffet style with many options. Hot and cold breakfast options. Biscuits, and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash-browns, fruit, and different types of cereal. coffee and juice. Also. has a restaurant on site. There was drinks, and snacks you can purchase at the front desk.
The carpet in our room seemed to have a some form of a stickiness to it. It wasn't bad, or anything but I did notice it. Im not really sure. The bed was great, and very clean. I always check under the sheets and mattress. We did see two little insects in our room called an earwig. My wife found one on the bed our first night. Then the next day we seen one in the bathroom. That was it. Completely harmless. Other than that it was fine.
My room that we checked into had nats flying all in the room. In the bathroom, the window, I raised a pillow off the bed and they flew out from under the pillow. The staff was not very friendly and never apologized about the issue. They did move us to a different room. I asked for some type of discount from the 1 hour ordeal with the staff to try to change rooms, it’s been over a week and the manager has yet to follow up and go thru with my discount or refund. Highly disappointed.
Everything about this stay was fantastic! Very easy to find. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds.

Area was beautiful from what I could tell we got there way after dark. Left next morning so not much to say.
When I got in to take a shower I thought I was going to fall through the floor rather room had mold, covered up by caulking, water damage on the ceiling in bathroom tried to hide by a covering of paint. Room 263.

I wish the indoor pool was still a thing. We would of loved spending time in it.
The breakfast was great. A lot of places water down the juice, but they used Hiland orange juice & milk. Had many options cold foods & hot foods. Well stocked and they kept refreshing all through breakfast service. Our room was very nice & clean and quiet.
Parking was a bit further than I like. We went to the pool and swam and enjoyed the hot tub. The pool tile was coming apart & the coping needs redone. It didn’t effect our ability to use the pool, but it doesn’t look great.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay. The initial room provided was unhygienic and in a severe state of disrepair. After requesting a room change, we were moved to a second room that suffered from the same issues, including a persistent, bad odor. Despite multiple requests for assistance, staff simply sprayed air freshener, which failed to address the underlying issue. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was non-functional, resulting in very uncomfortable, hot nights. The bed was outdated, lacked any firmness, and had dirty linens. Given the complete lack of basic comfort and sanitation, I am requesting a follow-up regarding compensation for this experience.

It was chill environment, not alot of noise in hall while we were sleeping. Very comfortable bed. The only thing I didnt care for was the coffee it was absolutely disgusting. The break fast was ok. My waffle was covered in sugar and cold.
The shower drain was draining very slow
I like that there alot if things to do being so far out.
