Breakfast was awful some of the staff was very rude. IF you liked biscuits and gravy fine. no fresh fruit no orange juice. Had a dinner Buffett and the food was no better. and Room was fine for a three night stay you could leave the soiled linen, and they would leave you a bad of fresh. Seemed very isolated we walked around some but once there you need a car to go anywhere.
Great location
Room was extremely humid. Inside the hotel was fine, but once we entered our room the air felt wet.
The people were friendly and professional. The accommodations were great, comfortable, quiet and easy to access. Yes, this accommodation is off the main path, but all of our events were easy to get to. Also, it is connected to the Williams Event Center which hosts different shows.
The staff was great and friendly , checking in was a breeze.
They did not have breakfast
HIGHLY disappointed
Location
No parking
No hot water in room, had to let water run for 30 min to ger warm water
The bed was comfortable.
I booked a more expensive hotel to make sure we had amenities such as complimentary breakfast, restaurant/ bar onsite… there was no breakfast, no restaurant and or bar/ and our room ended up flooded from a leak above us. The room I got was not the one I booked and paid for I specifically wanted shower/ bath room and we had a shower so small my husband had to duck under it to get wet
Nope, don’t do it. It’s a lower price place but it’s not comfortable & has the weird smell. Hoped it was as nice as its entry/welcome desk. We had to ask to switch rooms after sitting down we felt the beds were damp, the room smelt damp and we realized the ceiling was spotted and the lampshade had water stains. They kindly let us move rooms and the next one was not as smelly or as damp - huge improvement but not ideal.
Where it was located.
The parking lot, after our concert there was no place to park we had to park in a handicap spot. The room we were in was in the lower floor it smelled pretty bad and musty, the shower was so hard to turn on and when you got in the shower it felt like it was going to cave in, also when you first turned the water on it had a bad smell like sewer. When we first got there we waited a long time for the receptionist to come to the front desk to get us checked in. We asked if there was a breakfast and all she said was we have groups coming in so we should have breakfast. Didn't tell us times or explain anything about it so we didn't even get a breakfast. We weren't told anything about wifi or anything the place offered the guests. Seemed like she wanted to check us in and get us out of the way.
LIked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The room was a little cramped for 3 adults and 2 children.
The information with Expedia and the hotel is poor
The price was affordable, and the location was perfect for the reason we were in Branson. The beds were comfortable, and we were excited to learn the outdoor pool was open for use!
These were small issues, but they could have made our stay better. Also, I know the hotel just changed owners, so there is still some adjusting. First, we didn't receive a welcome letter as there were none left when we checked in - this will be relevant in a second. We didn't have a "do not disturb" sign and our room was never cleaned during our 9 night stay - we had to go to the front desk to get new towels. Apparently, the room would have been cleaned, towels exchanged, and we could have gotten a do not disturb sign - we just had to ask; this was all explained in the welcome letter we never got. Next, with 3 people in the room, we ran out of places to hang towels as there were only 2 hooks. Finally, our toilet got clogged as the pressure when you flushed was non-existent. We told the front desk at 9am, and when we returned to the room at 3pm, it still wasn't fixed, and we ended up having to plunge the toilet ourselves. Again, these are small issues, but would have made the stay a bit better.
The property was nice. The problem was the hotel is very understaffed. During my recent four night stay, housekeeping didnt make up my room a single time. I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and had to empty my trash and ask for trash bags. It's an okay place to stay in a pinch, but I would not return to this motel.
Beautiful campus and lobby and rooms.
The pool was dirty and the rooms were not cleaned well. For instance, there was dust all over the dressers and finger prints inside the drawers and on top of the desk.
Do not believe the listing! Only an external pool available. No restaurant. AC was not working when we arrived.
Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze
My check-in was smooth and easy, I was surprised they had my key-card already. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Out of a 3 day stay I had to have my room key reactivated which was annoying. My Apple phone charger disappeared and my extra key but for some reason the charger was at the front desk. What was really annoying was it took literally 20 minutes to get hot water.
They were there at your every comaand
