Location and friendly staff
Some areas could have been cleaner in the room. Air conditioning vent was oil/grimy. Area at toilet base needed to be cleaner.
Body wash in shower dispenser was empty.
Bedroom carpet was stained.
Comfy bed
Not enough parking, near the hotel. Had to park a long way away and walk.
AC unit in room way too loud.
The property was clean but very unhappy about not having a indoor pool
Websites was saying there was indoor pool with water slides and when we got there, there was none. The outdoor pool was very small. Had to take my kids to another place to swim.
It was clean the AC blew cold and the water was hot in the shower. The staff is good too especially at the attached restaurant.
I would like bigger rooms maybe two chairs instead of just one at the desk
The mini golf, and pool were fun! The laundry option was so helpful to us. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast at the restaurant was edible but not good. Bacon burned. Biscuits dry. Yogurt was yummy. But it was the same exact options all three days. Nothing new. Check in and check out were easy and smooth.

Being able to sit outside under the umbrellas on the patio. The covered walkway was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly..
The putt putt course needed cleaned off for ths smooth traveling of the balls. The rubber on the putters were very worn and missing.

booked online didn’t look like the pictures online so we asked the front desk about it and they moved us to a room on the bottom floor and it was very dirty
Tammy at the front desk was fantastic when we checked in. She was friendly and kind. She took a couple minutes and showed me where the fitness room was and recommended we fill any daily water bottles there. She was terrific. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
