Our entire family had a fabulous time—we will be back.
Pros:

We had a great experience for the 5 days we were there. The staff was excellent, as well as the facility. Such a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Would definitely stay again! It was a great stay!
Pros:

The on site amenities like the bag toss, football and board games were a great extra for my family. And the breakfast was different every morning and it was fantastic!

Cons:

The mini golf could use some tlc.

stinky and dirty rooms, unwilling staff to help, go somewhere else
Pros:

Only breakfast, and just on weekend days. On weekdays, food options were much fewer

Cons:

The rooms were stinky and dirty on the first day we got there (the AC was covered in dirt, there were stains on the bed sheet, and the bathroom floor, toilet, and sink were dirty). After asking for the toilet to be cleaned, we found a new bed sheet, but nothing was done in the bathroom, and we found food leftovers on the carpet in the room.

The location and free hot breakfast

Cons:

The indoor pool facility was heavily advertised on Booking.com was the deciding factor for choosing, but, upon arrival was dissapointed to learn learn it was no longer offered.

Pros:

Close to damn & fish hatchery .

Cons:

Found sock from previous guest.Funky smell throughout.
Door was hard to close . Carpet was dingy . Breakfast was ok - nothing great! A/C worked great !

Not happy with place
Pros:

The free breakfast had a lot of options , pool area was nice

Cons:

Air condition system was very loud sounded like it was going to blow up hard to sleep. Water pressure wasn’t good. Used dirty soap left in the shower from last people. Asked for a conjoining room with our friends, said they would accommodate but did not. Give our friends three different room numbers before they got it right even one of their keys opened up a room to somebody else’s room that were sitting on the bed. Had our cards all messed up took like 40+ mins to check in. Asked to have our rooms cleaned the next day at 10am came back around 6pm room was never touched, the front desk lady even wrote down the room numbers.

The location is quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Staff was great as well as the location. Problem was the smell in our room. We did get done spray which helped. Not sure if it was from the humidity or not.

The odor in our room.

It’s okay. Won’t be back
Pros:

This hotel is okay. I am leaving this review because we encountered so much confusion when trying to decide on a place to stay in Branson. The hotel staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. We were confused about whether they were on site, and they are there in a traditional lobby. Parking is not a big deal. There is overflow parking next door. It was a great location. There are several similar resorts right there with it. There is no time share or vacation club pitch. We were able to get out and walk around for exercise. Very quiet. It is a small room, no room for the air mattress our daughter intended to use. If you are a stickler for hotel cleanliness, I say skip it entirely. We had no desire to use the pool. It is small, missing tiles on the walls, nothing special, but seen worse. Mini golf was a nice touch to fill time after breakfast in the mornings. Three stars!
