Hotel is in rundown state. ambience in Photos on booking/google doesn't match reality

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast was extremely poor. As a vegetarian, the only option available was fried potato cubes. There was no milk, bread, bagels, cereals, or fruits. The biscuits smelled spoiled.

The indoor pool shown in Google Maps photos is no longer accessible.

Worst experience. Tiny bathroom

Outside play area, coffe at front desk

Cons:

Breakfast options, bathroom is worst. Only very slim person can bath. I booked accessibility room, but they gave me different one. When we asked for it they said it’s over. Due to inconvenience we have to vacate the room one day before. No shower gel in bathroom. Bedsheets smells bad.

Overall, our stay was great.
Pros:

The staff was great. Somehow the room we had been assigned was apparently given to another guest. The receptionist was very professional and she and I’m guessing the manager on shift still managed to get us the exact same room we had requested on our reservation, just different room number.

Cons:

The only real complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It was a very weak stream.
