Comfortable stay close to the beach.
Pros:

The property is located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which we really appreciated. The room was exactly as described on the website — comfortable, well-equipped, and very clean. We booked the triple room, and it was spacious enough for us, with two comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around. The room also included a refrigerator and tea and coffee-making facilities, which was a nice and convenient touch. We also enjoyed having access to the swimming pool during our stay.

Cons:

One small issue we experienced was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom from the time we checked in. However, the owners were very kind and responsive and tried their best to fix it by cleaning. Unfortunately, the smell still bothered us a bit during our stay.

Another point to note is that the property is located directly in front of a church. On Sunday morning, the early prayers were quite audible and slightly disturbed our sleep. This may be something to consider if you prefer to sleep in on Sundays.

Overall, it is a comfortable and well-maintained place with friendly and helpful hosts, and a good option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Strand in Laufnähe, kleiner Pool, saubere Zimmer und eine heiße Dusche :). Zudem ein sehr nette Gastgeber, der unglaublich gut Deutsch spricht.

Hotel jak na warunki lokalne jest godny polecenia. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, a w przypadku wcześniejszego wyjazd y,, dostaliśmy lunch boxy. Pokój ok, duży, wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy (lodówka, czajnik, klimatyzacja, wiatrak). Położony na obrzeżach Negombo, ale tuk-tukiem można tanio wszędzie się dostać. W okolicy kilka rewelacyjnych restauracji. Wifi ok. Możliwość płatności kartą na plus. Bardzo podobała nam się strefa relaksu z basenem i huśtawkami, jednak woda w basenie była zimna.

Przydałoby się odmalowanie ścian, czystość była akceptowalna ale przydałoby się gruntowniejsze sprzątanie

Die Besitzer Bobby (spricht deutsch) und seine Frau waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Situation, es war eine schöne Zeit in dem kleinen familiengeführtem Hotel, der Strand ist in 7 min gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bobby bietet, bzw. organisiert Sightseeing Touren jeder Art und bietet auch Transporte in jede Richtung an. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Vänlig personal, god frukost och mycket prisvärt
Pros:

Enklare hotell en bit från stranden. Rent med bra frukost. De har en liten pool att doppa sig i. Ligger bredvid en kyrka så vå både somnade och vaknade av mässa och sång via högtalare.

Cons:

Högtalarna som sände mässan från kyrkan brevid.

Ikke et hotel for os - selvom vi kun var der én nat.

Venlig vært.

Cons:

Virkelig beskidte værelser. Vinduet til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes, så der kom mange dyr ind. Meget små værelser uden særlig komfort.
Vi havde bestilt to værelser med balkon - det ene havde en stor balkon, det andet en meget lille balkon. Der var meget lydt, så vi kunne høre alt fra de andre værelser.
