I got call around 2 pm from paya bunga hotel that their hotel currently have issues with air conditioning and tv channel .so as counter measure they book my reservation to primula beach resort. Its kinda wierd why suddenly paya bunga have issues with air conditioning while certain floor only affected. It does not make sense. While my booking are transfer to primula beach resort and they paid it all. My experience with primula are very bad. My check in got delayed and we only can have the room at 6 pm. The hotel have only one lift that are working that need to cater for the whole hotel. Imagine this at peak hour, which is really stressfull. Im really disapointed .

Even budget hotel near you can provide Netflix or something channel guest can watch.
TV not working so well.. (macam TV rosak atau TV Di kampung2 yg kena cari siaran guna antena) you know what I mean. This is my 2nd time.

Paya Bunga Hotel Staycation
Pros:

I recently stayed at Paya Bunga Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking the whole city of Kuala Terengganu.

The food was delicious as well — everything was well-seasoned and full of flavor. I also appreciated the bellboy service, as they kindly helped carry our luggage to the room.

The staff responded very quickly when I requested an extra bed, which made the stay even more convenient. Towels were also provided at the swimming pool, so guests do not need to bring their own.

Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
