Gostei muito do quarto, era confortável e agradável. Também gostei das comodidades do hotel, especialmente do lobby na entrada, que foi muito útil para adiantar alguns trabalhos num ambiente tranquilo.

Cons:

Sinceramente, a garagem pareceu-me um pouco pequena e difícil de manobrar. Além disso, acho que os funcionários podiam ser um pouquinho mais simpáticos no atendimento.

Arrependimento da escolha do hotel com tantas opções na cidade de Chaves.

Contudo, as pessoas são pouco civilizadas e mesmo com um limite de pessoas, estas fazem barulho, atiram-se para a piscina, indo contra as regras. Vigilância nenhuma.
