We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is good value for money. Delicious buffet breakfast. Includs acces to swimming pool with great hammam and sauna. There's an English style pub and snooker tables. Big clean and comfortable room. Good central location next to the sea. Parking. Would 100% recommend.

Здравствуйте , в этот раз все было отлично , промто супер !!! Уборка на 5 , ослуживанание тоже на + 5 !!! Панорамное кафе ' все отлично !!! Бассейг САМЫЙ ЛУЧШИЙ В АКТАУ А САУНЫ - ЭТО ПРОСТО БОМБА !!@ Отдельное спасибо хоз#ину отеля , он помнит всех отдыхаюзих и старается чтобы к нему вернулись !! У ВАС ЛУЧШАЯ КОМАНДА 💝💝💝💝💝

Заселись ночью, в связи с поздний и прилетом, в номере за соседней дверью громко говорили мужчина и женщина было слышно, затем произошло ужаное! Они ТР….ЛИСЬ во все услышние!!
Позвонила на ресепшен, заменили номер с большим нежеланием и возмущением.
Завтраки на тройку, номер был прокуренный, только после переселения в полулюкс был нормальный запах чистоты постельного белья.
Тем не менее туалеты и ванные грязные.
Персонал не приветливый.
Никогда ни ногой туда!
Все чисто, сантехника исправна
