スタッフの方がとても親切で、お部屋のグレードアップまでして下さり、大変満足でした。
朝食も種類が多く、食事のクオリティも高く良かったです。
高層階のお部屋からの景色も素晴らしく、サンテルモ城やナポリ湾、ヌオーヴォ城が見れ、夜景も楽しめた。
お部屋にはバスタブとシャワールームがあり、お部屋も広々しており、ベッドもとても柔らかく、大変ゆっくり休めました。
メトロの駅、フェリーの港、王宮など観光地にも徒歩でアクセスできる立地も素晴らしかったです。
お値段は他ホテルよりも高く感じましたが、このクオリティを考えれば妥当と思いました。

BUENA UBICACIÓN Y BUENAS VISTAS.

Excelente localização. Próximo à estação "Municipio" do metrô, da Galeria Umberto I, do Teatro San Carlo e do Porto. Em 15 minutos de caminhada, vc está no Museu Arqueológico de Napoles. Quarto amplo, limpo e bem confortável com uma bela vista da cidade (ver fotos anexo) . Ao lado da entrada do Hotel, há um restaurante de comida Napolitana chamado: "Signora Bertola". Almoçamos e jantamos lá algumas vezes e adoramos a culinária! e na rua, há outros restaurantes para explorar. Café de manhã com muita qualidade e variedade de pães, queijos, doces, compotas, frutas e cereais.

My stay was spectacular I could not have asked for a better experience, this was because the staff were so helpful and accomodating. A massive thank you to Marcella, Vireiziro, Ilaria and Rosario they helped with everything, from booking taxis, helping with experiences, helping with Wifi and data issues, giving advice on where to eat/explore. Truly made our stay the best. Then the room was phenomenal, beautiful views, daily cleaning, very comfortable stay and the breakfast each morning was beautiful as well. Overall very happy with the stay and would love to return and highly reccomend to anyone considering to go to Naples!

Wir waren vor-und nach einer Kreuzfahrt im Hotel, wir wurden jedesmal auf eine Suite abgegrated und hatten einen fantastischen Blick auf den Hafen. Die Lage zum Hafen ist ideal. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Living on the 27&29 storey of one of the tallest buildings in Napoli does something special - the great views, spacious rooms, baths, comfortable beds for restful sleeps, so we are ready to take on another day navigating Naples. GHA titanium benefits bumped us up to higher floors > enjoyed chocolates and daily bottled water. The request for sleep kit gave me ear plugs and pillow mist is a nice touch. Room is cleaned well daily for the 4 days we were there. While I enjoyed the spacious cupboard and bathroom, I did wish the room itself could have a bit more furnishing - there’s one chair / armchair and no other spot except the bed to sit on. The family connecting room was a practical solution for a family of 2 adults and up to 2 teens - with separate bathrooms and individual doors and a final main door so parents can sleep easy and have some private space at the same time. It was a bit pricy but it is a good solution. Liked the breakfast that featured some Napoli stew and the service at the restaurant - I forget her name - is commendable - eager to be of service. They helped us pack boxes breakfasts by 630am for our last morning so we could catch early train to catch. There are some steps at hotel entrance (no ramp) but we had help. Nearby has a wonderful basement pizzeria - very friendly service & wide range of delicious freshly made oven baked pizzas. Sole 365 supermarket is around the corner for plenty of offerings for late night snacks, drinks and bottled water. There are always taxis in front of the hotel, ask for the fixed fare. All in all, this is a classic hotel with spacious bathrooms and rooms, practical service that is the NH brand.

I stayed there as a guest for two days and I would like to highlight the professionalism of all the staff I met, from the reception to the breakfast restaurant. In particular, the breakfast manager showed an unconventional yet highly professional approach towards the guests.
