Ideal location for Napoli if planning to visit other coastal areas (Amalfi Coast and others)
Pros:

The room was very spacious but had a very small window which made it very gloomy and not fully ventilated.

The location is great. Central to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Also the pick up points for a lot of the tours are 5-10 mins walk away.

Cons:

The lack of light and fresh air in the room.
The staff were helpful but just not welcoming and friendly (unlike the previous NH Hotel we stayed at in Nice)

Accommodation was good and location good
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the host was excellent. Had supper there only one night and was very disappointed but didn’t charge for my meal

La ubicación!!!! Es un 10! Teníamos nuestra habitación en planta 26 , vistas espectaculares, habitación amplia , faltaron botellas de agua de bienvenida ( un hotel así debería tenerlo) . Muchísimos bares , restaurantes alrededor.

Cons:

El desayuno ok pero no tan espectacular como lo leí en los comentarios, café malísimo ( íbamos al bar Cervantes cada día porque ahí sí el café está riquísimo) Es un hotel bastante antiguo, necesitaría algo de reforma , solo un bar en el lobby , no tienen ni rooftop ni piscina ni parking tampoco - de todas formas conducir en Napoli es una locura . Recomiendo bus turístico súper cerca del hotel y excursiones organizadas . Ferry se puede coger tranquilamente desde el puerto (5 min del hotel )

Ok der Blick aus dem 36 Stock war toll; aber sonst ...

Cons:

Pro nacht haben wir über 300 Euro gezahlt: es war abgewohnt, stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Suite bestand aus einem Vorraum und einem Zimmer. Im Vorraum hätte man seinen Koffer absteööen können, aber er hatte weiter abgeschlossene Tür, sodaß nicht klar war ob das nicht Wirtschaftswege waren, die das Personal nutzen würde.

Pedí me recibieran un paquete y no lo hicieron. No es posible tampoco, que un hotel de esta categoría, no tenga restaurante y en especial room service 24/7.
