Comfortable , tidy. If you just want a cheap place to stay for a night this is a good choice.
Pros:

Access instructions were emailed to me and it was straightforward to get in. Room was warm and tidy and bed was comfortable. TV worked, bathroom clean, tea/ coffee and kettle provided. A peaceful night.

Cons:

One thing that the owners should know is that when arriving in the dark, the flood light at the front of the hotel makes it impossible to see the Hotel sign. I was unsure if it was the right place had to check on Google Street view.

I went in room it stank of mold and piss stains on the bedsheets looked like a warzone rats and rubbish over the street . And didn't even care definitely not for people who is looking for a nice sleep pictures look like they are filted on site avoid like the plague unless u want to be in it

Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return and recommend this property to others.
Pros:

I really enjoyed how clean and well-maintained the property was. When I contacted staff for assistance they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around easy.

Pros:

There was nothing I liked

Cons:

It’s a run down area, DO NOT GO. It’s not worth the money or the leisure, bed sheets were dirty asked to change it and they still were in the same condition. The place looks like a prison.
