Pros:

Great location in the heart of Gdansk close to great restaurants and the old city. The hotel itself was fine. However, if you want a more authentic Poland experience, this felt very American. Very comfortable and reasonably priced so you can't go wrong there.

Staff was great and the rooftop bar was a plus!

Pros:

Unfriendly hotel staff whom were unwilling to provide a decent level of service. Do not use laundry the service, as were told by staff that clothes would be ready by 6pm. Clothes were not delivered until 9pm and then we were charged 240zl ($67). Do not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Lovely room, paid for room overlooking courtyard but room got looked onto street. Hotel in great location for local sights, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Room wasnt serviced at all over the weekend, both days had to call reception just to get clean towels and extra coffees.

Perfect location and a fabulous breakfast full of variety. Very clean room and towels were changed even when we hadn't requested them to be. Young man in Sky Bar friendly and attentive.

1st class hotel all staff were very friendly .Sky bar is definatley worth a visit. Plenty of places to eat and drink.
Amber Sky wheel is only a short walk from the hotel if your ok with heights. The old town is 2mins walk from hotel as well. Do take a trip to Sopot its well worth it. Enjoyable 4 day break.

they didnt have parking available for us :(, but there was close enough public parking available. Rooms were large. Hotel is centrally located with lots of dining options. Roof top bar was nice, although they are a little weird about sitting. I was going to pull a chair over and was told how about we find you a table for more people (in the back with no view). No thanks, i moved the chair over and bartender dealt with it.
