DECLINED BUT SWEETLY- IS STILL UNHELPFUL

EXCELLENT ROOM AND VERY CLEAN. GOOD LOCATION.

Cons:

STAFF - SUBPAR ( I REQUEST SEVERAL SIMPLE THINGS ALL WERE POLITELY DECLINED- I.E. A 12PM CHECK OUT ON A WEDNESDAY DUE TO ITINERARY CHANGES). STAFF WAS VERY POLITE BUT UNHELPFUL OR UNBENDING.

Amazing hotel with beautiful architecture
Pros:

Amazing property, probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Staff were wonderful when I had a medical condition which required a doctor to come to the hotel and arrange an ambulance for me.
