This now ranks as one of my family's favorite hotels. You are instantly smitten when you enter the grand lobyy.The hexagon suite is perfect for families with two bedrooms. The view from the room over the street is gorgeous. Service from the front desk (Koscics) to the porter (Andrew) were warm and friendly, not pretentious.
The hotel itself is centrally located within walking distance of the river and a few other sites. Breakfast was ok (variety could have been bigger). Emma the concierge offered a private, informative tour of the hotel which was pretty awesome too. We definitely will return sometime.
The staff were friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The interior was beautiful and the room was comfortable.

A stunning restored historic property with extremely comfortable clean and gorgeous rooms, amazing bar/cocktail experience. The staff members of the hotel at all levels were highly adept at customer service; friendly and professional and effective. Location is excellent.

This hotel is so impressively gorgeous, the central lobby and restaurant area are absolutely stunning, you constantly watch everyone that walks into the hotel for the first time pause in amazement. The rooms were also great, spacious, clean, well equipped. Housekeeping did an excellent job during our stay and we appreciated the daily replenishing of bottled water. All our encounters with staff were great. Being able to enjoy breakfast in the gorgeous surroundings was also a highlight. Would definitely return!
The most incredible Hotel, and a must for anyone traveling to Budapest. It is an experience you will never forget. As you enter the Hotel you are overwhelmed with the beauty. This is one of a kind Hotel and must not be missed. The room was spacious, bathroom spotless and the Breakfast was excellent. The history of the Hotel is remarkable and we were delighted with the stay, and would definitely return one day.

En revanche, j'ai trouvé plutôt déplaisant de devoir patienter dans le hall car la salle de petit-déjeuner était complète et qu'il n'y avait plus de table.
La chambre était très agréable (jolie et spacieuse), mais un peu bruyante (elle donne sur la rue).

Les conseils de l'hôtel sur les restaurants du quartier ou les activités étaient judicieux et l'accueil très aimable,
Voir ci-dessus : la salle de petit-déjeuner complète à 9 h 30. On cherche à nous installer très loin ou il faut attendre... Pas très agréable.

This hotel is a beautiful piece of history and is lovely to stay in. The included breakfast was excellent with much to choose from including mamosa's if one wished to have. The rooms are large and bed is comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
The hotel is a gorgeous property in a fantastic central Budapest location. Rooms are elegant and amenities all 5 star. Front desk staff and concierge were extremely helpful with arranging car services transfer to our river cruise ship and with things to do in the area.
