Not a great stay and not worth the money

The location was decent

Cons:

We got there around 5-5:30ish. There were several dirty aluminum pans with old food on a table as we went to the elevator. We got to the room and the entry light didn't work. I turned the TV on and it had a line down the middle. We left the room to check out the town center and I mentioned the TV to the desk attendant. She was nice and offered to change our rooms. We stayed out pretty late and didn't think it was necessary to move because we were going to bed and leaving early the next morning. During our stay, we also found the USB ports between the beds were broken and didn't work, the outlet in the bathroom was loose, and the water pressure was terrible. The temperature control was bipolar. In the middle of the night, it got very warm, so we didn't sleep well. It was not a great experience and not worth the money. I feel like they should have paid me for staying there.

My new hotel for my cruises!!!
Pros:

Everything was great!!!! Location close to shopping, close to cruise port and many restaurants.

Cons:

Everything was great all except the breakfast attendant. She wasn't friendly at all.
