Cons:

Not enough staff didn’t get any room service. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper every other day. Front desk lady was running around checking people In and cleaning rooms at the same time, it was wild

Cons:

Stay a 2 nights then had to stay 3 more nights and for all the days we were there we didn’t get room service. I was told by staff that room service will clean rooms everyday and every time we came back we were disappointed to see towels piling up trash cans full. We had to put all the towels and trash out the last day it was not good. I thank they were short staffed. Not sure but will probably not be going back very disappointed. At least every other day would be nice to get room service. But we got non.

Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. If going on a cruise I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I like that it was very clean and close to a bunch of stores.

Cons:

The couch bed was awful. If you are going on a cruise and have 5 people (2 kids) the couch bed was terrible and not fit for sleeping on.

Great location for shopping and fun activities.
Pros:

I liked the location. Close to Publix shopping plaza. Top golf and Flyzone walking distance for entertainment.

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom isn't the greatest. I'll prefer no carpet.
