Pros:

I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here

Cons:

The description of the room as per booking.com was different from how the hotel categorised their rooms.
What is described as a King Suite is a deluxe twin bed accommodation ( King Studio) as per the hotel.
So paying for a suite we stayed in a much smaller room with less in room amenities.
However, the staff were exceptionally obliging and courteous and service was very good. Food was of good quality and taste.

Poor value for money.
Pros:

The location was good with an ample parking facility. Front desk staff were polite and well mannered.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms were not up to the mark. Cleanliness and maintenance issues were there.

A hotel not worth of value
Pros:

It was close to BHU.

Cons:

Service, staff attitude, breakfast
At the time of booking I was told that i dont need to pay before check in. However I was forced to pay one day prior to check-in.

Hotel should Improve the Room service and house keeping to a better stage.
Pros:

Breakfast is manageable. Little more costly in comparision to the City. The Check out was better and the lady at check out desk maintained high professionalism.

Cons:

The house keeping is poor and room service too. They donot have professionalism. Training required more and more.

Leisure family stay at varanasi.
Pros:

Liked in totality; ambience of rooms 301& 303, food quality and quantity of their restaurant, room service, reception assistance by mr.shreyash jaiswal and ofcourse mr.mishra

Good cab assistance provided for allahabad and vindhyaachal darshan by the hotel.

Location is very good, quite and calm stay. Easily auto's and cabs are available for kashi mandir darshan n local sightseeing.

Cons:

They should rectify their chek in/out timings in booking.com. They have 12-1pm chek in and 11 checkout as told at reception but we got confused as per the booking.com app timings mentioned i.e. early check-in and checkout at 12pm.
