Pros:

Eu adorei a localização do hotel, a recepção e o atendimento no check in e no checkout e com certeza o conforto no quarto. A experiência foi maravilhosa!

Cons:

Talvez pudesse ter algum desconto para o primeiro book no hotel. Mas não tenho o que reclamar de nada.

Loved the location and staff. Could not have picked a better place to stay for our first visit in Edinburgh! 💖
Pros:

Everything! Loved the location as it was very central to where we needed to go and the sites we were looking to visit. The staff were so lovely as well and we loved the complimentary luggage storage for both arriving early and late departures. We still managed to walk around on our last day hassle free even after checkout as we were able to leave our bags until we had to leave for the airport late afternoon! 100% recommend

Hotel is excellent value for money. Would recommend strongly.
Pros:

Great breakfast in a very relaxed atmosphere. Very good choice of cooked and continental breakfast.
Staff were welcoming, friendly and very efficient with service.

Cons:

Nothing really.
The complementary mini bar was a welcome surprise. I can't think of many hotels who offer that.
