la Val Masino e Val di Mello sono fantastiche!
Pros:

La pulizia dei locali, i bagni erano nuovi e ben fatti. gli spazi della stanza piu che sufficienti, servizio ristorante molto buono, la colazione buona, bella varietà di torte fatte in casa. Direi nel complesso molto buono!

Cons:

Se proprio dovessi dare qualche suggerimento metterei un gancio per gli asciugamani nella zona doccia e sotto il lavandino, e un ripiano nella zona wc. Sposterei il bollitore da sotto il vano appendiabiti, e metterei un paio di pratici poggiavaligie. Comunque nel mobile della stanza da letto c'erano numerosi vani portaoggetti , molto pratici, per cui comunque mi sono trovata bene

Nice property, but a nonchalant owner

Cons:

Owner did not honor reservation for a room with a sofa confirmed after booking, so my son had to sleep on the floor. No attempt to remedy the situation via a discount to the hotel-owned restaurant, for example, was made. Also, the bed mattress was very hard.

La camera era ben arredata e rifinita.
La posizione dell'ìalbergo comodissima sia per una passeggiata in paese che per la partenza delle escursioni.

Arredamento nella stanza nuovo e confortevole, posizione eccellente come partenza per le escursioni e per il paese, personale gentilissimo e super accogliente, molto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze di un celiaco per il senza glutine sia a colazione che a cena. Bellissimo balconcino in stanza

Cons:

Prodotti da bagno (saponi per doccia) in quantità non sufficiente, la colazione può migliorare (latte fresco, formaggi e yogurt locali, anche un pane senza glutine sarebbe apprezzato)
