L'Hotel risulta centrale con personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Vorrei principalmente segnalare ai fini della sicurezza dello stesso immobile la pericolosità della stufa a gas che si trova all'interno dell'appartamento che risulta situata sotto una mensola di legno e che dopo alcune ore in cui la stufa risulta accesa risulta molto rovente con rischio che prenda fuoco. Per una maggiore chiarezza allego alcune foto della stessa stufa dove si nota la sua posizione infelice sotto una mensola di legno.

Pros:

The hotel has a really good location in San Miguel (Calacoto), close to many good restaurants, cafes and shops. San Miguel is a very nice area in the south zone, but note that is is far from La Paz center (30-40 minutes in taxi, which costs ~50 Bs).

The hotel is quite new, and our deluxe apartments were very nice with a bedroom with a big window, nice beds, a great view (we were on the 7th floor) and a well functioning bathroom.

Breakfast is small but nice. Contains what you expect in Bolivia in these types of hotels: Cakes, bread, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, eggs prepared on order, coffee etc. The breakfast varies a bit from day to day, which is nice.

The staff is helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

There is only heating in the living room, not in the bedroom (but we didn't need it, as we stayed in the summer, and the rooms are well isolated).

Kitchen does not have equipment to prepare other than very simple meals.

Decent, Could be better
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the room had a decent view. Kitchen is nice and contains very basic cooking pieces. Bathroom was nice as well and toilet worked and the shower and all sinks had hot water. Breakfast was good and had okay variety but the toast was especially great. The staff is very quick at responding and helped greatly when we requested things. Windows in good spots.

Cons:

Tea kettle was dirty when we came. The bathroom came with no hand soap, hand towels, or a hair dryer. Kitchen sink had no dish soap or a sponge. Heater hardly heats the room even when set at 30 C. The wifi is simply just awful and doesn't work more than half of the time. The chairs in the kitchens had some mess on them still. The TV has very awkward placement in the bedroom so you have to fully turn to the side.

Super Standard sauber ordentlich
Pros:

Super sauber ordentlich, gutes Frühstück. Guter Service Preisleistung. Super. Diese Unterkunft war eine der Besten in La Paz

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Nur für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkung ist es schwierig, zum Restaurant zu kommen, da es kein Fahrstuhl gibt, sondern nur eine Treppe.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung in den Apartments ist super! Die Lage ist ebenfalls top - sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Personal (auch vor der Ankunft)

Cons:

Die Tür zum Treppenhaus ist nicht gedämmt sodass es nachts öfter sehr laut war.
Entgegen der Bewertung fanden wir das Frühstück eher ungesund. Kein Gemüse, nur weißes Brot und Kuchen.
Wir hätten uns etwas mehr „bunt“ gewünscht.
