Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und angenehm geräumig. Der Dachpool ist Weltklasse 👏👍🌟

Cons:

Das Hotel hat auch einen Pool im Spa-Bereich, aber leider läuft hier fast permanent die sehr laute Wasserfontänenanlage. Das ist sehr schade, denn die Sauna und das Dampfbad laden zum relaxen ein. Auch der direkt anschließende Ruheraum lädt nicht wirklich zum entspannen ein. Mit einer Zeitschaltuhr würde sich das problemlos erledigen lassen.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful. Pool area on the roof is small but cute and the beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The location is very good, close to many restaurants and shops, and just a few steps from the metro/tram station that you can take straight to and from the airport. A room with a balcony is totally worth it, such a lovely place to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning.

Cons:

I personally wish there were more gluten and dairy free options in the hotel restaurant, but it’s a personal thing and it is an Italian restaurant, so… It’s not a big issue, there are many amazing food places nearby, that offer that.

Very central location with good facilities including pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

I have been to this hotel 5+ times and in my earlier visits I didn’t have any negative comments. This time around I was less pleased than usual as a few basic things like providing complimentary still water was not possible despite them being very generous with a bottle of prosecco and nice macarons. The first night I had trouble sleeping as the pillows were way too high and were not comfortable. We asked for lower ones and they could only give us one pillow for the room which was not ideal. It’s little details but a shame for a hotel where prior experiences were flawless.
