il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile; particolarmente disponibile e flessibile e gentile il barman e tutto lo staf del bar

Cons:

Le prime tre notti abbiamo sogiornato in una stanza che in pratica non aveva finestre in quanto l'unica apertura dava sulla cupala interna dell'hotel.
Considerato il periodo e l'infrasettimanale avrebbero potuto fare un upgrtade

Pros:

Das Gebäude ein wunderschönes Gründerzeithaus das nicht kaputt renoviert wurde! Das Spa war sehr angenehm. Und das Hunde willkommen sind!

Cons:

Das man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen konnte, wir haben dies aber gerne akzeptiert da wir das Zimmer am selben Tag erst gebucht haben!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était vraiment parfait du début à la fin. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et très bien équipées, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.

Un gros point positif pour le spa qui est accessible aux enfants, ce qui est assez rare et vraiment appréciable pour les familles. Nous avons pu profiter d’un vrai moment de détente tous ensemble, les installations sont de grande qualité et très bien entretenues. Beaucoup d’hôtels disposent de spas mais n’autorisent pas les enfants, donc c’est un vrai plus ici. 

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également excellent. Les plats sont très bons, bien présentés et le service est professionnel et chaleureux.

Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ez nem 5*-os szálloda, csak egy szoba.

Az ágy kényelmes, a takarítás kiváló.

Cons:

A konditeremben nincs használható eszköz, a futópadok ezer évesek, szó szerint rozsdásak. A közeli Flex nevű konditerembe vettünk heti belépőt. A szobaszervíz minden elvárás alatti, IPad-en lehet rendelni, de soha nem fogod megkapni. Többször rendeltünk, és egyszer sem hozták ki az ételt.
Nincs polc a szekrényben, nem lehet kipakolni. Egy konnektor van, abba kell a kávégépet, teafőzőt, telefon töltést cserélgetni. Minden reggel kopogásra ébredtünk, felújítás lehetett valamelyik szobában.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were great. A special thanks to Ellen who made our stay for a 50th birthday very special. Our room was very spacious and immaculate. Location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely be back for a longer trip and would stay here again absolutely.
