Mediocre experience for a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff. Good food. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

It was very hot in the rooms and everytime we got housekeeping, A/C was turned off. We finally skipped housekeeping. We asked for additional coffee pods and they only brought 3.
In Booking.com rooms are listed as soundproof. They are far from it. Slept with earplugs.

Pleasant enough stay - not really 5 star standard - would stay more like a mediocre 4 star. Breakfast choices were OK -

Amazing central location - lovely but small pool.

Cons:

Bath/shower in the middle of the room screened off by one curtain was a bit difficult logistically as was sharing with my son. Our room was directly over the bar which was noisy.

Le prix demandé ne vaut pas le service ni les équipements.
La climatisation de la chambre coulait, les meubles étaient abîmés, nous avons manqué à deux reprises de savon pour la douche et une fois de papier toilette.

Expensive and tired. Go here when everything else is booked.
Pros:

Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Very tired hotel. The rooms were old and falling apart. Walls were scuffed and the chair in the room had peeling leather on it. Lobby smelled like chlorine / pool. Lights in the hallway outside the room didnt work. Super expensive for what felt like a 3 star corporate hotel.
