Our new Barcelona go-to!
Pros:

The hotel and staff are really exceptional. The atmosphere is very classy and serene, the staff are very attentive and always very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant but the room service food was amazing.
The location is right around great shopping so that was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here - this will be where we stay anytime we're in Barcelona!

Nice old hotel but bedroom leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

Bedroom a huge let down. A Deluxe room was booked by my cruise company and thebroom was a hovel. Sideways all the time including trying to get to the bathroom you had to do the duck waddle to pass the bed. window opened to a great big green void. DISCUSTING

Great location, beautiful facilities and rooftop bar with the best view of the city
Very comfy beds.

Cons:

Our apartment was a bit tired with several broken items and furniture that was chipped. Black out blinds were broken in our bedroom which made the room very light early in the morning.

Pros:

Nos hemos hospedado en el apartamento. Estaba muy cómodo habitaciones y sala amplias. Limpio ordenado y con todos los complementos para una buena estancia

Únicamente que te cobran por limpieza profunda
Pero sino diario van a cambiarte toallas y tender camas.

Perfect for location to Gaudi Apts and many stores. Rooftop bar highlight for me

Location was great. Central location. Rainforest shower was amazing. Rooftop bar/ restaurant with great view

Cons:

Staff was helpful but not overly friendly.
Elevators very small. Paid for buffet breakfast and it was pricey and not good.

这是第三次入住这里了，非常适合家庭。我妈妈需要轮椅出行，住在这里很方便。喜欢酒店的房间，干净、舒适，在阳台上就可以看到街边风景。厨房里准备了一些厨具，杯子盘碗一应俱全。有咖啡机和电水壶，随时可以沏茶，或者做一杯咖啡。有洗衣机和烘干机，还准备了洗衣球。卫生纸、餐巾纸、厨房纸都准备充足。每天更换毛巾、浴巾，收拾垃圾。总之，住在这里像在家里一样方便舒适，家人都非常喜欢，下次依然会选择这里。

A Memorable Stay Thanks to Wonderful People
Pros:

I had a 4-night stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona, which had both an unexpected start and a memorable ending.

There was some confusion with my reservation upon arrival, which was honestly a bit disappointing. However, Laura handled the situation with care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated her support.

Beyond that, the hotel itself is wonderful — the service, location, and breakfast were all excellent. I also had a lovely experience with Claire, whose service was outstanding. On my last day, Dani’s warm and friendly smile truly made my day.

I would also like to thank Mr. Clay from the concierge team. When I had concerns about my flight, he patiently supported me and followed up on my behalf, which truly made a difference. I felt genuinely cared for, and it gave me great peace of mind during my trip.

In the end, what I remember most is not the issue, but the people who made the effort to turn things around. Thank you for a memorable stay.
