الفندق ممتاز جدا من كل النواحي ولكن السبب في أن تقييمي له سئ هو عدم إرجاع مبلغ التأمين ال 500 يورو وقد نصبوا علينا بأنها مقابل التنظيف ومصاريف أخرى ولم يكن لدي وقت لمجادلتهم بسبب أرتباطي برحلة طيران

Ein gräßliches 5-Sterne Hotel.

€ 500 pro tag ohne frühstück für ein 20 M2 Doppelzimmer ohne jeglichen Sonneneinfall mit einem Fenster hin zu einen lärmbelasteten Innenhof entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen von einem *****-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind so klein, bzw. das Bad im Zimmer so groß, dass man sich auf der verbleibenden Freifläche sehr eingeengt fühlt. Geworben wird mit einem rooftop Pool und einer rooftop Bar. Das pool hat eine Größe von 5x3 Metern und kann von 0900-1200 zum "plantschen" benutzt werden. Es gibt keine einzige Liege am pool und Handtücher gibt es nur, wenn man mehrmals urgiert. Es scheint, dass dem Management nichts daran liegt, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen, sondern es verfolgt eher die Idee, den Gästen ständig zusätzliche Konsumationen aufzuzwingen. Die Trinkwasserflaschen im Zimmer werden systematisch nicht täglich neu bereitgestellt, sondern nur auf Nachfrage.
