Campus Hill Hotel

Most of it was well kept an looked nice.food repetitive and cold as lids were allways open.could do with a microwave.not enough alchl choice no coys of baileys martini or malibu like in some other hotels..Always waiting for cutlery plates or dishes.1 morning was no milk an told they didn't have any.1 day no lemonade fr dri ks.it is in the middle of no were and nothing in kestrel but alanya 20 mins away and manmutler 10 mins away both towns plenty of shops bars restaurants. Rooms very nice

Overall experience was okay but food was mediocre at best, everthing was overcooked, bland and sometimes meat was undercooked, desserts were mostly with similar taste, fruits were not ready for eating. Cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package, bar was okay but really lacked basic hygene. Rooms were mostly good but they were not cleaned very well but overall they were fine. Something that stood out to me was the sunbeds, there was always open sunbeds and you didnt need to wait or look for them. Pool was fine. The main thing that really annoyed was the lack of utensils for food times. We always needed to wait for them. And only 2 elevators for 10 floor hotel is just bad, one of them was broken sometimes and the one that was working didnt go where needed. And the hotel beach was bad and not cared for, sunbeds were dirty and broken, and allover the sunbeds was a roof so you really dont get any sun while going there. Hotel staff were little bit much for us, they didnt understand when we didnt want something and kept pushing.

Campus hill hotel is a nice hotel with a lovely people , our room is always clean , the drinks on the bar very taesty , animation team are super , we think to come back again see you next time

I'm going to write an honest review as the reviews were so mixed prior to my holiday I didn't know what to expect.

The food was OK not our preference but always something edible if you aren't too fussy.

The entertainment team Hamza and Lili were fab, very friendly but not overbearing, always a smile on their faces and a happy good morning! Lots of activities but not forced to join in if not wanting!

The rooms are lovely and clean e ough no problems, pool lovely!

The hotel left terrible memories in my history of travelling in Turkey 🇹🇷 I especially did not like the group of animators in the person of Nada, impudent. The food was very very bad quality and we got food poisoning, which was accompanied by vomiting for two days and after that we simply could not eat att the hotel. Cleaning was not done even once during the week. Once we returned from the beach and found someone else's cut nails on the bed, it felt like the cleaner cut his nails while sitting on our bed. The hotel grounds are dirty. You have to take a crowded, stuffy bus to get to the beach, and the bus doesn't run every hour! The only snacks on the beach are tasteless hamburgers. The hotel staff is unfriendly!

We really liked both the service and the overall conditions. The staff were especially warm and attentive. We'd be happy to stay here again!

There was daily entertainment and evening shows hosted by a very positive and cheerful presenter.

We had the Best time and the service was perfect. I went To da vinci Ink Alanya, and they had free pickup service. And the Quality was amazing . I can highly recemend it.
I talked to Mahsun, and everything he told me was true. It was cheap, and the artist was incredible.
If u want a tattoo in alanya. This is the place for sure.

When we booked, we went full detective mode – scanned every review like secret agents. Found a few tiny red flags, but nothing too scary. So we gave it a shot. And honestly – it turned out to be a solid choice and a great experience!

The rooms? Spacious and comfy, with everything you need. Ours even had a panoramic view that made us stop and stare more than once. The only small “bonus” was the background soundtrack from neighboring rooms – the walls let a bit of sound sneak through like silent spies. But nothing major.

The food? Delicious! The cakes? Dangerously tasty. One more day and we might've needed stretchy pants for the flight home.

The hotel area is on the smaller side – but in a good way! Everything’s close, easy to find, and you won’t need a map to get from your room to the pool. The shuttle to the beach runs every hour, so you're practically getting VIP service to the sea.

Now, the elevators. Those quirky little boxes had a mind of their own. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they were just... on vacation. And when they did work, they moved like they were sightseeing. Free leg workout for those of us staying higher up!

Special shoutout to the crew who made our stay even better: the animation dream team – Dragos and Lucky – two bundles of nonstop energy! At the pool bar: Mevlüt and Emrah. And at the lobby bar: the always-lovely Selen.

All in all – a warm, relaxed, and enjoyable stay. We'd definitely come again!
(Though next time, we might still bring our own elevator.)

We could not fault this hotel . It is as advertised . We were moved here after a bad experience in a hotel near Kemer . It has been fabulous . Staff so friendly and happy . The food is great and as a real foodie couple who have travelled the world plenty of choice . The chefs are very amenable and always in hand to answer questions . The bar staff are fun and friendly . The entertainment crew are very attentive plenty of options if you choose the activities . Can relax or partake no obligation. Plenty of snack options if you have missed breakfast . Midnight snacks available . The shop on site offers all kinds he emergencies with food wi guys who cannot do enough and open until 1.30 am
We laugh at the wake up call at 10 am with music and staff greeting us .
The cleaning staff ate friendly and diligent . The facilities are spotless .

We could go on and on .. thank you for making our first experience of Turkey a pleasure
We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family as a good spot to discover the Turkish way of life

Relaxing , beach , shops and in easy reach to entertainment off site , shops , bazaars etc if required

I am writing from the campus hill hotel where we came for 1 night and 2 days. When we entered the room, we encountered a clean room. The cleaning was very good. The women on the floor are very friendly. Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with the dinner. Of the 6 of us, 4 of them vomited after the meal. soup was delicious. The cold appetizers seemed like they were leftover from yesterday. The fish quality was very bad. The variety and taste of the breakfast was good. We were pleased with the breakfast. The bread is always stale. The animation starts with a nice dart game. They were very interested in the children in the evening. Afterwards there was karaoke, which was also fun. In general, it is a price-performance hotel.

when it opened 5 years ago it was trying to be 5 stars, but now it fell to 3 sadly, the elevator still ofen broken, the area around the hotel still dirty and stinky, the beach and everything about that area is horrible, the food is medium and lacking, the drinks are just sweetners and fizzy and bad quality warm alcohol, no quality alcohol availabe at all…etc…

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommended! I Especially wanted to thank the entertainment team, Lilya was the most sweetest person I’ve met she always made everyone smile. Ahmet was the best moderator he always knew how to get everyone in a good mood. Georgi always knew how to motivate everyone for the great activities and made sure we all were having the best time. The best for last , A huge thank you to Romario from the entertainment team. Your energy and enthusiasm made all the activities so much fun. He always made everyone smile. I truly appreciate your effort and dedication.
I would love to come back any time soon!

In Campus hill hotel food is very good, animation team are always trying to give you some fun especially Romario and Ahmed party, they are as well party organizers.
For the money i spend on this hotel it was my best experiance if it goes about money / quality. I advise this hotel 😀
