Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer
Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir mussten uns auf Englisch mit dem Personal verständigen aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Das Hotel hatte komfortable Ausstattung. Gesamthaft fanden wir es super.

Pros:

Man kriegt was man zahlt. Insgesamt alles etwas shady, etwas dreckig. Kein Aufzug. Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Küche (hab es nicht benützt) und Kühlschrank.

Mit geschlossenem Fenster ruhig, sonst hört man die Straßenbahn.

Nahe der Klinik, also für nen Kurs sehr praktisch

UN ALOJAMIENTO IDEAL

Me gustó todo de este alojamiento!!! Todo lo que había en recepción era precioso, sin excepción. Su sala común y su zona de desayunos estaba genial, decorada y bonita, era super cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La atención recibida en recepción fue excepcional, y si volvemos, ojalá poder reencontrarnos con esta hermosa chica. En cuánto a la habitación, perfecta! Limpia, con mesas, sillas, camas cómodas, espacio, bien ordenado, con cocina para lo básico, nevera, y lo mejor de todo, el baño, super limpio, espacioso, muy cómodo y muy moderno. Volvería a este alojamiento, sin dudarlo!!

Cons:

Nada!! Todo lo que tiene este hotel es bonito y estupendo!! El mejor alojamiento del viaje, sin duda!!

Cons:

Dat er niemand was om ons binnen te laten. We hebben 3 telefoonnummers gebeld: geen gehoor. Ook Booking kon niemand bereiken. Wel kon we in de lobby, want het slot van de deur van de nachtingang was stuk. De wc' s daar waren vies, vuilnis niet opgeruimd. De communicatie na de booking verliep ook al zeer stroef, sommige vragen werden niet beantwoord.

Großes Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt aber nur ein kleines bekommen, fühle mich betrogen.
Pros:

Die direkte Lage neben dem Uniklinikum.

Cons:

Wir haben zwei Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und im voraus bezahlt aber nur eins bekommen. Das zweite Zimmer war ein winziger Raum wo lediglich ein Bett drin war. Das Personal vor Ort hat das Problem zur Kenntnis genommen aber mehr auch nicht.
