Pros:

الموقع قريب من المشفى ومركز الحافلات يوجد straßenbahn بالقرب من الفندق كما يوجد مراكز للتسوق ومطاعم ومخابز.
التجوال في المنطقه سهل بفضل الموقع.
الفندق هادي والموظف ودود ولطيف

Cons:

باب الحمام كان مخلوعا بحيث لم اتمكن من الدخول للاستحمام
الهايتسونغ كان معطل رغم انني وصلت وملابسي مبتله ولم اشعر بالدفئ ذلك اليوم
للاسف لايوجد موظفين للتواصل معهم او مساعدتك.

Ich habe dieses Hotel immer am Wochenende vier Wochen in Folge für drei oder vier Nächte gebucht und hatte nur bei der ersten Buchung einen Kühlschrank
Ansonsten sind die Zimmer ok , habe drei Zimmer kennengelernt 😅

Pros:

Zunächst kam ich mit meinem Code nicht ins Hotel rein. Zumindest war eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt und ich bekam tel. einen neuen Code. Kein Personal oder Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Man hatte keine Möglichkeit Wasser, Kaffee zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war klein, jedoch sauber. Aber weit weg von „Deluxe“. Es lag nach vorne zur Straße, so dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte aufgrund der Lautstärke. Alles sehr hellhörig, laufend knallten Türen und man hörte die Gäste nebenan. Ich frage mich wie dieses Hotel an den Bewertungsdurchschnitt kommt.. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier gar nicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Dreckigstes Loch überhaupt

Ich hatte vorher geschrieben und um ein gründlich gereinigtes Zimmer gebeten, da ich unter Hausstauballergie leide.
Das Zimmer war nicht nur dreckig, es war wirklich ekelhaft. Schmutz, Spinnweben, Bonbonpapiere und andere Hinterlassenschaften anderer Gäste. Der Angestellte sagte selbst, es sei unmöglich. Wir besichtigten noch mehrere Zimmer, es war überall das Gleiche. Als Lösung bekam ich einen Staubsauger, um selbst zu putzen.
Ich entschied, ein anderes Hotel zu buchen, weil eine Übernachtung dort nicht möglich war.
Seit einem Monat versuche ich jetzt, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Ich werde abwechselnd vertröstet und angelogen (Das Geld sei schon unterwegs, etc).
Nie in meinem Leben habe ich (in Europa) derartiges erlebt.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Location is near by Essen Hbf. The restaurants and superstore is nearby the Hotel (walking distance). I will book again when I will visit Essen again.

die Sauberkeit des Zimmers

Cons:

der Fahrstuhl war ausser Betrieb, ich hatte ein Zimmer im 2. Stock mit viel Gepäck !!!
die Treppenaufgänge und die Flure mit Teppichboden waren schmutzig und nicht gesaugt
Reinigungsmittel und Staubsauger standen auf den Fluren herum, waren nicht weggeräumt
es gab nur einen zugeschlossenen Frühstücksraum, aber kein Frühstück
