It's lovely - clearly cared for by the staff.
Sadly, the music went beyond midnight and I was so tired, it was quite hard to get comfortable and sleep - felt vibrations as well as loud music, but I was in room 101! Then very early, it sounded like furniture was being moved and it woke me up.

Live music / DJ until 2am which was so loud the floor was vibrating. The hotel claims that ‘music may be audible in parts of the hotel’ - this goes beyond audible.

We couldn’t see out of our windows. The mattress was past its best. The shower leaked and wet the bathroom floor quite significantly.

A little road noise but nothing major and slept very well. Room was clean and modern. lovely colour scheme
Honestly nothing to complain about, there was not a view, its over a carpark, but the property is on a main road so i didnt expect views... some info on carpark access from which road would be helpful.

Close to train. Lovely town
Toilet was hard to flush - fan was noisy and a replacement was unavailable !
Nice clean room in an ideal location for a party in the assembly hall.
Tea and coffee making facilities available and a full length mirror was useful.
Staff on reception were friendly.
One of the security staff helped us get through the door to the stairs.
The room was incredibly hot.
We had requested a fan and brought 2 with us. Still it was just too hot. The fans just blew around the hot air. We had to leave earlier than we wanted as we just could not sleep. Shame really as the room other than that was nice.
Only one small window would open, the other was behind a Perspex screen that wouldn’t open.
The noise from the busy road also made it even more difficult to sleep.
Getting the swipe card to work was tricky and took a few minutes of swiping to get it to work so we could get up the stairs to the rooms.
OK until I got locked out after an evening out. No one answered night phone for a long time. Complaint next day was handled in a rather off hand dismissive manner. Also the key card that allows access to rooms did not work most of the time.
