Not very good
Cons:

1st floor was clearly under construction. I booked a king room but got a double queen. The door was missing a safety guard. The bathroom had roaches. The wall outlet were not covered. The TV remote didn't work.

Under construction and not yet ready for guests. One look and we changed our minds and left.
Pros:

I'm glad they're working on it, but during the renovation, it is not fit for habitation.

Cons:

We walked into the room, looked around - it was terrible. The walls are beat up, the furniture was old, dirty, and smelly. The bathroom consisted of a tiny mirror and a small single sink vanity. The carpet, bedding, and overall appearance were very suspect. Our room was on the first floor. The hotel is under construction and the new owners said they are starting at the 6th floor and working their way down. Maybe it will be nice when they're done. But for now, it's not habitable. We turned around and left immediately. (They did not balk at our request for a reversal of all charges, for which I am thankful.)

If you want a cheap stay this is it, don’t expect cleanliness at all, don’t expect coffee in the morning

The bathroom was an absolute pigsty mold on the shower curtain, dirty towels, old, broken down chair in their room.
