Śniadanie w cenie pokoju obejmuje wyłącznie czarną kawę i dwa jajka, to jest skandal, wszystko jest extra charge, a na końcu Pan kelner który patrzył się w niebo przez 20 min pyta bezczelnie czy może doliczyć 20% tip. Trzeba uważać na każdym kroku bo oszukują i doliczają do rachunku pozycje których się nie zamawiało. Ostatniego dnia pobytu obsługa ukradła mi klapki. Rzeźba która była wizytówką hotelu jest teraz schowana i jest bramka żeby zapłacić i zrobić sobie zdjęcie - ŻENADA

Pros:

Best stay ever in Tulum

I had the most amazing time at Ahau this past January. I loved the staff, the rooms, and their management. They made me feel like a home away from home. Also the location is perfect right in the middleOf the hotel zone, its action and the beautiful beach. Can’t wait to be back!

Tulum at its best. Barefoot paradise

**A Barefoot Paradise**

These rooms are unlike most places in the world – you literally never need shoes. You see and hear the ocean from every room and can walk straight out to the beach barefoot. Grab an amazing meal. The restaurant’s menu is really great. Eat and then swim in the Tulum green waters.

As for the rooms.

The master suites are obviously the nicest, but honestly, even the economical rooms give you the same incredible ocean access and barefoot lifestyle. It’s a pretty special resort. And if you catch sunrise? Absolutely spectacular since all the ocean-facing rooms look straight at it. And if you are lucky you can catch a moon rise if you are here over a full moon. See photos. The stars are incredible here

**Important Note About New Year’s**

If you’re visiting over New Year’s, the whole beach transforms into a massive two-week celebration with world-class programming. However, Every hotel, restaurant, and beach club brings in top-tier entertainment with music going late into the night. If you want some of the best beach party experiences anywhere, this is it. But if you’re after peace and quiet, wait until February.

Not worth it
Pros:

If you’re 2025 and single the. Tulum is the place for you. The entire beach area caters to the locals, allows them to take spots at the resort. They have no room service and even spots on the beach are taken by locals. People paying big bucks to stay here are treated badly. They use what’s app for “room service” that never comes . It’s just okay if you’re 20 and don’t know better . For us at 40-45 it is really bad . If you’re not 25 don’t come to tulum

Bad Breakfast Service

Hotel Ahau – Tulum ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
The room was beautiful, and the property itself is very nice. The grounds are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere initially feels like a relaxing, high-end experience.

❌ Breakfast Experience (Major Disappointment) ⭐️

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience completely undermined our stay.
We paid almost $1,000 per night, yet the breakfast portions were shockingly small and unnecessarily restrictive. The food felt minimal to the point of being petty.
The so-called “parfait” was one spoonful of watery yogurt, served in a tiny cup the size restaurants typically use for ketchup. Coffee was limited to one cup only, and the fruit portions were so thin and small they were almost translucent.
What truly stood out was the pettiness of the service. I asked a server named Fernando if I could have both mushrooms and tomatoes on my eggs, and I was told I had to choose one or pay extra. With portions already this small, adding half a tomato should not have been an issue, yet I was flatly told no.
Breakfast was included in our stay, but I would never choose it again.

Do NOT purchase the breakfast package. It is absolutely NOT worth it. Save your money and Eat Elsewhere.

Excellent experience!
Thank you very much for the delicious food, the wonderful stay, and the great drinks. Everything was excellent and very tasty.

We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service from Cristian Teh García. He is extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. His warm and friendly approach with guests truly makes you feel at home.

We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
