We did not stay due to poor conditions of the hotel when we drove up. The hotel was run down with ratty curtains in the window. Several men were hanging around d the front door and I didn’t feel safe so we drove off. I have never experienced such a thing before and was surprised it was even a Hampton, as we are honor members and have stayed at many Hilton hotels through the years.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. The room was clean and smelled really good. Breakfast was also GREAT!!
Nice clean rooms with adequate space and amenities for our travel needs. Fitness center and pool were both excellent. Desk help was excellent.
Clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool was nice.
The system was down when we arrived. We had to wait 2.5 hours to get into our rooms. Staff was nice and gave us free snacks and let the kids swim while we waited.
Room was clean. Elevator malfunctioning but staff was friendly.
Only thing I wish was the room had streaming for convenience but it was great other than that! They made my bed and gave me fresh towels after the 2nd night. Place was clean and well kept!
- Hotel stinks. Not sure what they are attempting to cover up but the air fragrance they poured into this place is gross & will give you a headache.
- Fitness equipment non-functional. Elliptical machine did not turn on.
- Water in “gym” non operational.
- Women’s restroom in lobby area closed for renovations. The men’s restroom had a bar of soap instead of a dispenser…yes, also broke.
- The hot water is dangerously hot and the shower handle only has a tiny “sweet spot” where the water is at a normal temperature, even then it changes a few degrees here and there while taking a shower.
- Toilet was loose and not evenly leveled with the bathroom title. Yeah, the tile and shower bottom were also one of the more janky ones I have encountered.
- Dirty! Took several pictures of straight up dirt in several places in our room.
- Maid service did not pick up our room.
- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!
- Hilton Name doesn’t mean anything at this property!
