Simple and acceptable
Pros:

The smell at the lobby is very good.
The staffs are friendly and hotel surrounding is clean.

Cons:

The toilet needs some cleaning from the permanent stain. The room is noisy as it faced to the main road, required some ventilation as it is non-smoking room. Bare in mind the breakfast provided is not a buffet style.

Cons:

I specifically looked for a hotel with designated parking spots. But, when I arrived, no designated parking spots were available. I had to park at a public parking spot where in the morning I had to pay per hour.
