Cons:

The toilet was not clean, which was very disappointing. In addition, the shower water pressure was too low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room need improvement. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Feeling cheated
Cons:

We were 11 of us but bcos one couple was short changed expecting a deluxe room but was given a substandard one and management only responded to change room on last night. Room was very tight. Very difficult to get out to go to toilet especially at night. Size of room smaller than other deluxe rooms. Window was very small about quarter size as in other rooms making it a very dreary. It spoilt their Ipoh experience which affected the group. Some form of rebate should be given like a 50% rebate for this one room no. 508.
