Amazing staff from the Reception check in FNB, House keeping, to drivers all were top.
After staying in many 5 star hotels in Georgia. I thought staff would be the same like not helpful not even smiling. But this place has hospitality in another level.

Beautiful location surrounded by stunning nature, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, with a good selection and high-quality food.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by a large dog kept on the hotel grounds. It barks loudly throughout the entire night, making it almost impossible to sleep or properly rest. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that is supposed to provide a peaceful and relaxing experience.
