Превосходное место! Нам разрешили заехать до 15:00 за что большое спасибо и бесплатно сам отель поменял номер на улучшенный.

Fantastische Küche und Ausicht, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Spa leider nicht besonders sauber, sehr starker Gestank nach Abfluss die ganzen 4 Tage meines Aufenthalts.Sauna ohne Fenster,düster,ungemütlich.Pool sehr schön mit Aussicht.

Грузинская Швейцария, на берегу озера в окружении гор. С потрясающим видом на лазагскую долину.
Отель новый чистый , номера очень уютные, с видом на озеро это просто отвал всего. Как из другой Вселенной. Очень вкусный европейский ресторан. Не дошли до спа,оставим на след раз)

There are a super good view to maintains or to the gardens and lake.
From your window you can see the beautiful sunset from the balcony.
In this hotel you can find a lot of good things on the breakfast - but for special things (e.g. fried eggs you have to ask).

Pros:

The hotel overall is amazing: perfect location with astonishing views is combined with great design. Especially to mention pool&sauna, water bikes and both of the restaurants (including the breakfasts!). The concept of eco-friendly and car-free zone also sets the vibe. The staff upgraded our room to a better one - much appreciated! The service itself is good and quick

Cons:

The only thing to mention is coffee: the highest level of everything else just doesn’t match with it. Would be great if they partnered with some specialty roasters. And maybe would be good to upgrade the bicycles

Хорошее месторасположение, неплохие номера, бассейн и спа зона.

Cons:

Рестораны - подходят для завтрака, но от ужина не получаешь никакого удовольствия… обычная столовая… персонал в ресторанах оч слабый - ходят, смотрят, но не обслуживают - тарелку не уберут, воду не предложат и тд.

A remarkable hotel for a quiet holiday
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectiations. We loved the architecture and interiors, the views, quiet music in the lobby and the fireplace, the food in both restaurants. The staff and service level are exceptional for Georgia. This hotel is one of the few where service is truly on international level. Our stay was most relaxing and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Если даже в этом отеле и есть некоторые конструктивные недочеты, созданные временем, то все они просто незаметны на фоне той природы и сервиса, который мы там получили. Лучший опыт пребывания за нашу поездку.
