Pros:

Отель находится в волшебном месте, полный релакс, озеро, горы, лес,красивые номера .но учтите рядом ничего нет,лучше ехать туда на машине, что бы можно было отехать или в магазин или же в другой ресторан поужинать. В отеле есть 2 ресторана, европейский,грузинский, и хинкальная. Грузинский ресторан очень понравился, но цены там очень высокие в 2 раза. Бутылка вина 130 лари и такое же в магазине 50 лари ...поэтому там нужна машина, напрокат машин при отеле нет.

Cons:

Вечером скучно,нет никакой анимации, детям там вообще нечем занятся,Мало прогулочных дорожекчто бы погулять вечером вокруг отеля.

Хотелось бы предложить сделать семейные номера (родители+дети)
Pros:

Очень очень и очень красивейшее место. Свежий воздух, красота, прекрасный сервис, очень доброжелательные сотрудники, пожалели, что остались всего на 1 день. Отдельное спасибо за кофе без кофеина!

Embarrasing for a luxury hotel

It is beyond my understanding how this place can be among the most expensive and exclusive hotels in Georgia. This is in no way a 5 star experience and a rip off for the price.
- The room was totally run down. Scratches on the walls, broken chair in the room. Bird poo outside on the balcony and the window, rust spots everywhere. Broken mosquito net.
- Aside from one guy the whole staff clearly isn't having a good time. No smiles, no "welcome", just stone cold faces.
- The AC in the restaurant was dripping condensation water on our table.
- There was a loud event with music until 1am and drunk loud people on the floors of the hotel between 3-4am. The 24h reception was of course not reachable and we barely slept that night.
- The bridge to the boats has a dangerous hole
- You are not allowed to swim in the lake
- Dinner was cold
- Dirty dishes standing in the hallway for a long time

Overall this would all be fine for a normal hotel. But if you advertise yourself as a premium 5 star location and charge these prices, you need to be able to deliver on that. We felt ripped off and will for sure not visit again.

Cons:

Мой рост 198 см, хотелось бы иметь в номере халат 2xxl😂, а то я возможно доставляю неудобство посетителям отеля этим «мини»🤦🏻‍♂️😂

Pros:

What a beautiful place with breathtaking views all around the hotel! The location is truly exceptional and very peaceful. Since private cars are not allowed on the property, you drive to the entrance gate, where the hotel staff welcome you, take care of the check-in process, and then transfer you to the hotel in an electric vehicle.

There are two restaurant buildings on the property: one serving European cuisine and the other offering delicious traditional Georgian dishes. The wines at the bar are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding.

Our spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake had everything we needed: a TV, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, safe, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toothbrushes.

The hotel also offers a swimming pool, sauna, massage services, bicycles, and pedal boats. Fishing is available for an additional charge.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. There was some confusion during check-in, and I was initially ready to complain, but the issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and I was happy to apologize. We would definitely love to come back!

מקום מדהים, יש לוודא שתקבלו את מה שהזמנתם , מסתבר שזה לא טריוויאלי
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. הנוף מדהים, אגם מול המלון שמוקף בירוק מסביב ובהרים , אפשר לקחת אופניים ולערוך סיבוב סביב האגם, וגם יש סירות פדלים שאפשר לשוט איתן בנהר, ובחינם.

Cons:

הוזמנה סוויטת גוניור עם נוף לאגם, ובהתחלה קיבלנו את מה שלא הזמנו, נוף לצד השני.
רק ביום השני החליפו לנו את החדר, זה העיב על השהות במקום.

Great place. Worth the money. We would love to return
Pros:

The location was beautiful, the staff was wonderful and very nice. The front desk allowed us early check in and we got a plate of fresh and dry fruit as we arrived

Очень красивые виды , приятный персонал , что редкость в Грузии ))

Cons:

К сожалению, если у вас есть фобия насекомых , то делать в данном отеле вам нечего) в номере было много летающих клопов и муравьев . По этой причине были вынуждены покинуть отель раньше чем предполагалось .
Также номера нуждаются в косметическом ремонте
