Pros:

Местоположение -это рай. Понравилась менеджер ,очень приятная дама . Отзывчивая ,понравилась девушка на уборке комнат -очень добрая . Персонал очень приятный . Думала ,что будет шумно ,было несколько групп ,но все было великолепно .мы наелись ,напились и выспались

Cons:

Минусы были -жуки ,их было море ,но это природа ,никто их не убивает химией ,место экологически чистое и понятное . Жуки не кусачие .они ищут место зимовки ,что можно понять )

Ein Ausflug in die wunderschöne Natur Georgiens
Pros:

Wunderschönes, naturnahes Areal mit sauberen Zimmern. Das Bett war gemütlich, das georgische Restaurant hervorragend (unbedingt Blueberry Chatchapuri probieren - ein Traum), das Frühstück reichhaltig und bemüht. Das Spa hat einen schönen Blick, es gibt genug Handtücher und Liegen, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Die Putzdamen erlebten wir engagiert, die Käfer, die um diese Zeit viel in der Gegend unterwegs sind, wegzuräumen und die “Plage” zu bekämpfen. Wir persönlich hatten keinerlei Probleme, das Fenster zuzulassen und beim Spaziergang um den See wurden wir kaum gestört. Es ist für einige Gäste vielleicht eher ein ästhetisches Problem; die Käfer beißen nicht. Unsere Kinder hatten extrem viel Freude am Gaming Room- dort hat es Billiard, Pingpong, Air-Hockey, Playstation, Musikboxen - einfach cool.

Cons:

Der Innenpool ist schön, jedoch ist es dort sehr rutschig. Die dünnen Schlappen helfen bedingt und man muss aufpassen; das Wasser fließt nicht ab, wie man es vielleicht von anderen Pools kennt, sondern reicht noch bis in die Liegenlandschaft. Jedenfalls sind die Schlappen sofort nass und die Kacheln nicht rutschfest. Auf dem Territorium wurden schon länger keine kleineren Reparaturarbeiten durchgeführt, was sehr schade ist, da es dort wunderschön ist und es viel Potential hat, als Traumhotel aufzutreten. Im Hotel riecht es für meinen Geschmack zu intensiv nach Raumduft. Normalerweise habe ich es gern, vermute aber, dass es zu dieser Zeit intensiver dosiert wurde, um den Duft der besagten Käfer zu übertünchen, daher ist es vielleicht eine ungerechte Kritik von mir.

Pros:

Если вы ищете тишину и умиротворение,то вам сюда. Потрясающие виды, можно прогуляться вокруг озера,покататься на катамаране или велосипеде. Гуляя вокруг озера можно дойти до хинкальной,где вас очень вкусно накормят превосходным хинкалиями . Либо можно сходить в грузинский ресторан, и насладиться местной кухней которая вам непременно понравится.
Номера чистые и просторные.
Обслуживание замечательное.
В дождливые дни можно сходить в игровую комнату, поиграть в бильярд ,пинг понг или другие настольные игры.

Cons:

В принципе,нет никакого негативного опыта или ощущения. Мы отдыхали четыре ночи и нам не было скучно.
Единственное что можно отметить что отель перестал вкладывать в уход за территорией по сравнению с соседним курортом Лопотой, с другой стороны, можно насладиться природой как она есть без лишних вмешательств.
Единственный минус,который я бы отметила,так это отсутствие поручней в бассейне! Для людей с ограничеными возможностями(мы отдыхали с мамой ,женщиной приклонного возраста) ещё тот квест зайти в бассейн не за что не держась. Можно легко оступиться со ступеньки и травмироваться. Хотя сам бассейн замечательный с шикарным видом на Алазанскую долину.

КЛОПЫ. Ровным слоем, на окнах, полу и всех поверхностях.
Территория не обработана.
На балкон в номере не выйти, все двери и окна в клопах……
Персонал говорит что ничем помочь не может, просто не выходите на улицу… но они так же летают и в помещение….
На завтраке клоп побывал в моей тарелки.
Это ужасно, я нигде такого не видела, отношение персонала к этому равнодушное, но так везде в Грузии.

Marvelous stay
Pros:

Charming place, not only for the natural venue but also for it infraestructure and decoration itself. You have many activities to do (from pedal boating to biking), so you never get bored. Special mention to the paddle court and the swimming pool -with a stunning view-.
You have two restaurants to choose from -I personally recommend the European one-. Amaizing breakfast.
I would definitely recommend it.
