Hoch über den Sternen
Pros:

Personal ist professionell, und sehr freundlich. Bett ist bequem, Garten ist toll. Frühsstück vollständig super.

Cons:

Wc ist in unserem Zimmer zu hoch montiert :D

Frühstück sehr lecker! Reste vom Frühstücksbuffet später am Tag für die Gäste gratis offeriert, sehr vorbildlich. Freundliches Personal.

Hallo to come back.
Pros:

Great welcome also for my 5-year old son, with colouring book, pencils and some sweets, although the hotel is not a dedicated family hotel.

Cons:

Too bad the pool was still a bit cold during this time of year, but maybe next time.

Pros:

The staff was above and beyond in how kind and accommodating they were. Eating breakfast by the pool was beautiful, delicious, relaxing and we felt so at home. After a long trip, it was lovely to have a team be welcoming- even in their send off while we checked out!

Perfect stay for a weekend in Ticino
Pros:

Location although in the city center, very well connected with public transport. Parking availability, very nice garden with swimming pool, top breakfast, very comfortable bed and very nice service. Attention to small details was a plus.

Pros:

Séjour entre amies très réussi dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, au calme et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont très propres, confortables, avec une excellente literie. La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. L’extérieur est très joli, avec une belle piscine et des chaises longues très agréables pour se détendre.

Nous avons vécu une petite mésaventure… finalement assez drôle ! En arrivant vers minuit, notre enveloppe contenant la clé nous attendait bien dans la boîte aux lettres, mais petite erreur : la clé ne correspondait pas à notre chambre 😂 Heureusement, tout s’est arrangé dès le matin.

Nous avons alors été accueillies chaleureusement par la directrice pour le check-in. Son accueil a été excellent. En apprenant notre petite aventure nocturne, elle a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir le petit déjeuner. Un immense merci pour cette délicate attention, très appréciée.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et ne pouvons que recommander vivement cet établissement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pros:

Wir wurden umgebucht und zwar ins Boutique-Hotel Remorino (Partnerhotel). Lief alles reibungslos und erhielten den Upgrade vom 3 zum 4 Sterne-Hotel kostenlos - war einfach genial!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr fein. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns gut. Alles ist mit ÖV sehr gut erreichbar.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

- Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes und herzliches Personal
- Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
- sehr grosszügiges und liebevolles Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Früchten
- super Familienzimmer mit 2 Badezimmern (vorallem für Familien mit bereits etwas grösseren Kindern)
- Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe
- bequeme Betten
- Balkon genügend gross auch für 4

Cons:

Verbesserungspotenzial (was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat)
- Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer sehr alt und auf der Unterseite bereits etwas rostig. Sieht man nur wenn man auf dem Klo sitzt.
- Mitte April war bereits sehr schönes und warmes Wetter. Deshalb ein wenig schade, dass der Pool erst ab Mai beheizt wird. ;-)
