Tiptop und jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, ist sehr zentral - aber nicht ganz ruhig - gelegen. Fussläufig zum See, in der Nähe von mehreren PubliBike-Stationen und auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof Minusio. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch mit Herz eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Pool ist nicht sehr gross, aber ausreichend und der Garten hübsch eingerichtet, so dass man sich dort auch ein wenig erholen kann. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und sogar eine kleine Flasche Prosecco auf dem Zimmer. Weil unser Sonnenstoren schief war und nicht mehr bewegt werden konnte, erhielten wir sogar eine Schachtel Pralinen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, es ist das ideale Hotel, wenn man gerne aktiv ist, das Tessin entdecken möchte und Wert auf eine zweckmässige, saubere und freundliche Unterkunft legt. Weiterer Pluspunkt: Die sehr bequemen Betten mit den guten Kissen sowie der Wasserkocher für Kaffee/Tee inkl. Süssigkeiten im Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Rührei auf dem Frühstücksbüffet roch seltsam. Wir haben es gemeldet und man hat uns sofort angeboten, uns ein frisches Rührei zu servieren, welches dann auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat.

Un personnel aux petits soins et très acceuillant. Avec la piscine pour se détendre un vrai plus.
Pros:

L'emplacement, le calme et surtout une magnifique vue sur le lac Majeur. La proximité de Locarno, atteignable facilement en tranport public.

Definitely would recommend!
Pros:

Great location approx. 30 min. away from the city centre of Locarno. The room had a beautiful view of the lake that was quite spectacular, and it was only a 10 min. walk down to the lake where you could go for a swim. Breakfast was very elaborate and delicious, would definitely recommend!

Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefüllt im Smart Hotel ! Sehr freundliche Begrüssung alles Sauber schöne Zimmer tolle Lage schnell mit dem Bus in Locarno ! Konnte mein Auto stehen lassen. Habe tolle Tage verbracht in Minusio!

Great stay close to Locarno to explore Ticino and Lago Magiore.
Pros:

Remarkable attention to detail from the personnel. They are able to communicate in different languages which made the interaction very smooth and pleasant. Small welcoming attentions made us feel welcomed. The Ticino pass is very useful if you want to explore the surroundings.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Smart Hotel Minusio . Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet was sehr angenehm war. Das ganze Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt🥰 Man merkt einfach sofort, dass sich hier mit viel Liebe um alles gekümmert wird. Alles ist super sauber, schön und gepflegt und das Personal ist unglaublich nett und aufmerksam.

Was ich besonders toll fand: Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert und immer sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und willkommen. ❤️

Wirklich ein tolles Hotel, bei dem man merkt, dass Gastfreundschaft hier noch von Herzen kommt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen 🥰

séjour agréable et reposant
Pros:

La petite loggia avec vue sur le lac.
Le buffet était varié, avec des produits frais et sains. Un bircher excellent , salade de fruits et tres bon pain complet .
Servi dans le jardin, au calme.
Le personnel est aimable et très attentionné.

Cons:

un bancomat dans la rue ou l'hôtel serait très pratique
